Excellent professional dry cleaning service. They haven’t failed to remove food/coffee stains on items I’ve brought to them, including suede leather coats.

Sewed a button on my suit jacket & fixed a belt hoop on the pants without being asked.

Ridiculously quick service, clothes liked new and very reasonably priced.

Appalling & regrettable experience. I did my homework before using this cleaner & read the reviews. The first picture is what my canvas & leather bag looked like before I dropped it off for cleaning. It had a pale watermark on the bottom edge of one side. I was very careful to explain that it was just a watermark and if they did not think they could clean the bag without leaving more stains, then please do not clean it. I was told don't worry, don't worry it'll be fine. I was not given any warning nor was I asked to sign anything about risks. I paid more than $55 to clean this bag and when I picked it up it was ruined. It is a reversible canvas bag and the canvas is now ruined from whatever they applied to the leather that caused the color to run. The whole bag is buckled and dye has run over the handles. The owner called me to discuss and he was rude and hostile. He insisted that his employee warned me of risks and even if she didn't, he told me it was a poorly made bag with no cleaning instructions and the outcome was my problem. I was astounded at how aggressive he was. He offered to replace the canvas on the inside, but that would have done nothing about the dye on the handles nor about the entire canvas being warped and ruined. I asked for a refund of the cost of cleaning instead and his tone was disgusting. Incredibly nasty and unprofessional.
