Thanks to Lily homes and my customer service officer Elizabeth Shea who has been a pleasure to work with, her professional service and communication has been of great assistance during the construction of our new home.

Working with Lily Homes proved to be a pleasant and successful experience from beginning to end. Thanks in part to Steve's diligence, communication was consistently thorough throughout the project; meaning there were absolutely no surprises! We couldn't be happier with his work or that of the construction team who worked diligently on site. The finished product truly exceeded our expectations - we couldn't have asked for anything better! Would definitely recommend!

From the start when we initially walked into Lily Homes display homes through to the final completion of our house they have been nothing short of amazing! They were very thorough and informative through the entire process and Leora guided us through it all and her customer service was exceptional. There was never a delay in an email response before, during and after the build.

During colour sections of our home, this can seem daunting for some but Santina made the process so easy for us and also gave us amazing recommendations and showed us a huge variety of options in their beautiful showroom.

Once the build commenced Leora gave us constant updates on the progression and Daniel the site supervisor was absolutely incredible. Once again kept us updated and made sure the workers/tradies on site did an amazing job all throughout in a timely manner, and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our brand new home. I feel he is a huge asset to the business!

Building a house can be a stressful experience for some but for us it’s safe to say we never had any issues whatsoever and I highly recommend Lily Homes to any friends family or colleagues and would definitely build with them again

Lily Homes built our beautiful home and were amazing from beginning to end. Even with the challenges of Covid lock downs and lengthy rain periods - their amazing team went above and beyond to build our dream home.

We used Lily homes to build our first "new house". Whilst it was a full turn key project, which meant we had little say, it was a very easy and stress free project. The foreman Paul was great and was always contactable and returned calls in a timely manner.
The house was finished in time and now 4 months later I am pleased to say that we have no issues with the house and the quality of the build is fantastic. I am very happy that we built with Lily homes and would highly recommend them.

The single storey build was completed ahead of schedule. Our experience with the site supervisors as well as initial/post sales customer service team were very professional and friendly and quite flexible. (especially during these pandemic times)

Tender process was very straight forward and appointments were engaging and advice and feedback provided during the process was helpful.

Lily homes gave us a better experience overall in terms of their workmanship with very few issues that were easily resolved; as this was our second build in comparison to our first builder.

Their motto "The honest method" sound true in our experience and 100% would not hesitate to build with them again if given the opportunity.

Lily home is one of the worst builders in Sydney. Customer service is the worst, they never answer your call or call you back when leave message for them. The office staff are really rude and with no knowledge. They put you in trap to sign the contract then will charge you with unexpected site cost. For any upgrade you’ll get charged double price than any other builder. We had the worst experience with Lily homes. Selection appointments specially electrical with Pauline was horrible. I do not recommend to build with them at all.

We fell in love with the display home at Warnervale NSW after looking at what felt like a million different homes. We had a little bit of a rocky start with getting quotes etc from Lily, but they were undergoing a staff change which was understandable. Once we got going we had some great experiences with their staff most importantly Gerri our Customer Service Agent and our building Supervisor Paul, who both went above and beyond. Like any build there were some delays but none of which were their fault. I'd definately do it all again with Lily and we love our beautiful new home- it really is special! Thanks Lily!

Overall, building with Lily Homes was a positive experience. They provided a quality product at a competitive price point, delivered within a reasonable time frame. These are the necessities of a successful company however customer service and efficiency will often determine a five star review. Fortunately for Lily Homes customer service turned out to be a strong point, with the Customer Service Officer (s) assigned being both professional as they were knowledgeable. They provided regular updates throughout the course of the build, and even assisted in resolving unnecessary delays with the other parties involved in the construction process. The Site Supervisor was equally attentive, being both down to earth and easy to deal with, he addressed any issues raised in a timely manner. Building a new home can be an uncertain process, with no shortage of frustration and delays along the way. But if I was to do it again, I would strongly consider Lily Homes as my choice of builder.

As a first home buyer, we walked through many new construction homes and heard stories from my friends about horrific experiences when building their own homes. After seeing Lily Homes, it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level with upfront honest discussions which as lead to excellent outcomes within the budget. It was great working with Jessica, Natalie and Paul throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up. The project management tool that they provided had great transparency, made the selection process easy, and aided in communication throughout the entirety of the build right from designs, colour selections and to completion.
We would certainly recommend Lily Homes, and would be happy to build with them again in the future.

My husband and I had always dreamt of building a home but we were hesitant because we had been told the process can be a headache and that we’d come across many hidden costs. However, from the moment we attended Lily Homes, we felt like we were in safe hands. They were honest and upfront with the process and worked within our budget, with no hidden costs along the way! As we were new to this building process, we had many questions. Our Customer Service Officer Leora was always very approachable, professional and made herself available to support us with our many queries. Santina, our Colour Consultant, was very helpful and patient during our colour consultations. Our supervisor Ronnie kept us informed every step of the way and he was very knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the home Ronnie has built for us, it has exceeded our expectations. We are so happy to feel a part of the Lily Homes family and we would build again with Lily Homes in a heartbeat.

As this was my first home, I was apprehensive and unexperienced, however the Customer Service and Approvals Manager, explained each step and kept me informed throughout the progress, always communicating in a clear manner. There weren't any hidden or unexpected costs and Lily Homes were able to achieve what I wanted whilst staying exactly within my budget.

The entire team at Lily Homes were approachable, professional and accommodating with all my queries. I was comfortable with the whole management of the build and any questions I raised, were addressed immediately. I would absolutely use Lily Homes again as they took all the stress out of the process and the end result speaks for itself.

The whole build process was easy and streamline from the word go.

We engaged the builder pre-covid and unfortunately were going through colour choice and finance through the COVID period which caused delays but that was expected. Lily homes were very understanding with our banks 5-6 week delay due to COVID and we appreciated this.

There were a few little hiccups with the build, things in the contract that had to be changed during construction to due variations being granted, but not allowed due to sizing complications (sizes of internal bins signed off on had to be changed, reduction of alfresco by 300mm due to council requirements after the fact, and flooring changes due to not being able to get materials from CHINA) but Lily endeavoured to get a product of equal or greater quality and match the colour as good as they could have, but that's all apart of the build process.

We have had some things being fixed post hand over and Lily homes have been accommodating in organising relevant trades to suit us and our site supervisor helped us along the way picking up on defect and fixing things that he thought wasn't up to standard.

Overall we are very happy with build, the build was on time and I would use Lily homes again if I was to build in the future.

Its been a great experience so far building with lily i personally have been dealing with leora and she has been fantastic to deal with shes made it as stress free as possible for me. Will recommend lily homes to everyone who wants to build and I can't wait to build with them again.

We came across the advertisement through a real estate website and contacted the sales rep who quickly came out to meet us within the hour. We made an offer and placed our deposit. The sales process was great. There were delays with landscaping and fencing and this required to be constantly followed up and there were some communication issues towards the end but overall a very good process and they did really try to accommodate for us.
