Wow such a beautiful place to stay! Could not have asked for a better experience. We were in awe of the location, the friendly service, the class of the establishment and the beauty of the grounds. What a peaceful and relaxing place to stay!

Oh.my.god. I don't know if I could say enough to do this place justice.it was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable.but it was the place that was just so amazing, you can go to the lounge for a drink or just to relax. We ate 2 meals there and they were both absolutely delicious. The indoor heated pool was incredibly relaxing and the spa was amazinnggggg, I went for a 1.5 hour massage after an 8km hike and it was THE BEST! Okay.then the location. This place is RIGHT ON an entrance to some amazing hikes in the blue mountains Service was incredible as well! If you can get to this place, do it!

Simply wow! The rooms and the service were exceptional! Steps away from the mountains view points! Highly recommend!

Lovely visit. A great place to do some relaxing and having some r and r. Spa facilities are great and so are the ladies giving the treatment.
Rooms need an update regarding their tv options.

We had a lovely experience at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa! Lilianfels is known for its luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings. It's a fantastic destination for relaxation with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The property itself is set in a historic mansion and features beautifully manicured gardens, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

Additionally, Lilianfels offers excellent dining options. We had wonderful fine dining experience at the award-winning Darley's Restaurant, located within the resort, serves up exquisite cuisine in an elegant setting with a menu featuring a fusion of modern Australian and international flavors, accompanied by an extensive selection of wines.

Overall, we highly recommend for Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa which offers a luxurious and memorable experience in a picturesque setting. It's the perfect destination for a romantic getaway or simply a peaceful escape from the city.

Absolutely astounding gastronomy for the region. We are delighted! Also - excellent wine options (ask to look @ the cellar!). Thank you. We will be back.

A beautiful relaxing Spa Resort with kids everywhere Kids in the room next to my treatment room, kids splashing, fighting and jumping in the pool. I came away from kids to try and find some calm and restoration on my birthday - it could have been special

We had a fabulous day out on Sunday. High Tea at the lounge was excellent. Food was superb! Best High Tea by far. Staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back here soon.

We had lunch instead of the high tea at The Lounge and it was amazing, great food, great service and a great vibe in the place. Will be back.

Had one of the best experiences in blue mountains during our stay at lilianfels. The food is amazing, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you lilianfels.

We booked at the last minute and the king room though nicely furnished was rather basic. Grounds though small is tastefully designed and beautifully maintained.

The onsite restaurant was open to 10pm and we ordered main meals from the menu at 9.35pm and they still served us no problem!

You know that magical time you stayed at a great hotel with great staff and amazing views? That’s the Lilianfels resort and spa in Katoomba.

Hotel staff are friendly, provides attention to details and the rooms are clean and fancy.

Don’t expect modern world charms. No this resort gives you old world charms and delights with their nice lounge and dining room areas, and clean comfy beds. Their towel rack in the bathroom are even heated for that soft warm comfy feeling when you pick up the bathroom towels.

A definite recommendation if you have the budget or just for a short vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life!

I visited the day spa yesterday and it was absolutely divine. A big thank you to Mary for a wonderful hot stone massage and to Trudi for a relaxing facial. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful entry to the premise, stunning lounge with fire place & Gorgeous dinning.
Our room 135 was Spacious with high ceilings & amazing mountain view.quality impressive marble bathroom, quality furniture & carpet however a bit outdated, still good condition & clean though.
Breakfast was exceptional, fresh and many variety to choose from & service was 5 star and extremely attentive. Many thanks to Jeffery who added to our pleasant experience In Lillian filed.
We most certainly come back & highly recommend it.

Service leaves a lot to be desired! Waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 glasses of champagne and didn't even get my pot of tea for breakfast this morning. Having said that the venue is fabulous view from our room magic and perhaps even a 5 star resort is having trouble getting enough staff. Don't be put off going just be prepared to have to wait for things.

Lobby restaurant waitresses not to standard, they need a lot of training especially for a beautiful hotel like that.

The worst service I have received from any organisation. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move my booking out a couple of days. They refused, and I lost $1000. Booked for UTA separately and when UTA was postponed, they offered to change my booking date. When I accepted the offer, I was then told I had to book two more nights or they would not change their booking. Extortion anyone? My warning is that if all goes well, you will be fine. The minute you have any sort of issue, prepare to lose your money. With so many excellent providers out there, I will not deal with this management again.
