39I called this cafe this morning asking if they had wifi and if could reserve a table by a power point to do a meeting, nothing was a problem for them and they were so happy to help. The coffee is great and food one of the best breakfast meals I’ve had. I had the “hash brown” listed on the menu and can’t wait to have it again. The staff are lovely and the cafe feels calm, peaceful and inviting, highly recommend! I’ll be back
Wasn't planning on stopping but as I passed the wonderful atmosphere beckoned me in. So glad I stopped, a really friendly atmosphere.and very special coffee.
Great atmosphere, service with a smile and most importantly tasty food and coffee! The menu offers more gourmet options as well as a ‘basics’ section if you just want a cheap bacon and egg roll.
Such a cute little cafe, with good food. Even in busy times there was good service. Went for Brekky and got most of the menu between the table, salmon was the favourite.
Coffee is good, with plenty of seating and a nice vibe. The food was good, but there was no cutlery on the table. The staff was friendly.
Fabulous food, great coffee, lovely ambience, great attentive staff, BUT, the music volume could come down just a tad
Passing through from Sydney and what a lucky find! Busy, busy, cafe! Gluten free options on the menu = amazing, freshly squeezed OJ = mmmm delicious and breakfast/meal = nice (left me wanting more, the yoghurt/lemon herb dressing saved it). Thanks for the love heart on the coffee, which was served last (service overall was quick).
The location and set up was interesting, unique, different, and comfortable 5 stars. Overall 4 stars (spoilt a little on my travels and Sydney). I hope to come back soon and fingers crossed it'll be 5! The waitress at the counter who took my order was friendly, and knowledgeable - thank you.
My friend raved about this cafe, it was no where as good as she remembered it. COFFE wasn’t full in the take away cup, our and and bacon roll only had egg on one side of the roll: - (
Lily J was a pleasant surprise as we wandered down from our digs on Market St.
Located in an old house, it has a few separate but connected dining areas, including a nice under cover outdoor area.
We had the pancakes and the ricotta toast. Both were delicious - full of fruit and amazing flavours. Large serve alert!
The coffee was a Rueben Hills blend which was OK without being outstanding. An extra shot may be required!
Good food, reasonable coffee outside environment. The gluten-free option is better than many.
Cute little cafe and nice atmosphere. I ordered a fresh salmon and poached egg dish as well as a ricotta and spinach omelette. The food and coffee was so delicious and staff were very lovely and welcoming of our dog. Would definitely go back!
Girl friend and I went in order a meal for lunch was nice and ordered 2 coffee ️ we didn't like as it was bitter and yes we mentioned it wasn't nice just gave us a look and walk away as it wouldof been nice to ask what was wrong with the cooffee but no and servicewas not a high light.
The coffee is great!
Such a gorgeous place to find off a busy road …. After wandering around for ages from my hotel.
Round the corner sort off … from SAGE.
Food is simple but lovely.
Get “The Hashbrown”!
I had a wonderful breakfast here. The coffee came quick and had a great flavour. I also had eggs on toast, with a side of bacon. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bacon had a great flavour.
Very happy with my dub espresso. Egg and bacon roll was solid. Service perfect and quick despite being busy.
Did not like the hygiene protocols e.g. Dog with its paws and face on table tops plus waitress having a pat, hope she washed her hands afterwards
Beautiful little spot! Staff were so kind, food n coffee was super yum and it’s all dog friendly which was amazing!
Not sure what’s going on with this place, we’ve been here once before and it was great.
Saturday we tried to get food at 12: 05 and were told kitchen closes 12, fair enough. Couldn’t even get coffee though as the machine wasn’t working
Then we come back today (Sunday) at 10: 30, there’s a sign saying closing 10am! I’m sorry but what cafe closes at 10am on a Sunday with not even an apology or explanation on the sign. I know there might be staffing issues and whatever but to not even offer an explanation?
So disappointed
Lili J is a super cute and cozy cafe! The staff is friendly and respectful. <3
We ordered large latte and small mocha which was a delight and tasted amazing. One of the best latte/mocha we had in Gong area!
For our breakfast we ordered a Mushroom and haloumi roll which was out of the world! We had never tasted a vegan burger before which was super delicious! Followed by Chilli cheese and mushroom omelette which again was filled with amazing flavours and was just perfect!
Over all this place is a 10 on 10! Loved everything about it!
Now I’m not the biggest fan of omelettes. BUT the chilli cheese and mushroom omelette is probably one of the best things I have ever had. Highly recommend.
