Lilac and Willow Flowers

What has happened to the service here. They used to be the most wonderful florist on OSH Rd now on NSH Rd very nasty. Only one very sweet lady in there now. Went in to buy flowers for the 2nd time (1st time i walked out as they told me there was no way they could organise $500 worth of flowers for the next day) this time waited 7 mins while no one acknowledged me. Spent $65 on 4 peony and she gave me 5 ribbons around it they used to give you leaves for free. Then told me they would only last 4 days. Terrible service.

Have spent hundreds of dollars worth of flowers here in the past. Not after today. Ordered via phone and wanted help designing a posie for $45. The girl instructed they were in a rush to close earlier than advertised business hours today ("we want to be out of here by 2pm") and I must pick them up within 30 minutes. The 4 stems + leaves we received after rushing to the store were just simply not what we had in mind. Politely asked if I could swap them for something else, as they are just not what we had in mind, or even swap for a store credit - in which she took very offensively. The girl got very defensive and told me all the ways in which my my order was wrong, said it was my fault, that "you should have just ordered roses" (which I had asked originally to add into the bouquet via phone while placing the order and was bluntly told no). I understand not everyone is going to like every single bouquet, that is not realistic, but the lack of problem solving and willingness to have a customer walk away unhappy with what they purchased, just felt horrible. I would have been open to any positive and friendly suggestions - I would have paid them more money to add more flowers to create the look we desired, purchased a second bouquet and combine them at home myself, a return & store credit to use towards the next $150 bouquet I usually purchase with them- any kind of collaboration to make the experience a positive one. Instead the girl just became extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, and blamed me for everything. Left Lilac & Willow so disappointed with how extremely awkward customer service was: (

I generally love their arrangements. I usually can’t fault them. Last experience however was disappointing. I messaged on Instagram to advise of my experience and it’s wasn’t even acknowledged. Extremely disappointed as the flowers I received didn’t even last 2 days - I sent the photos as feedback and was ignored. I expected better follow up service.

Amazing service and beautiful flowers for a reasonable price. If you are unorganised like I am and need same day delivery, they will go above and beyond to try and get your flowers to you. Just make sure you place your order before noon. The flowers are amazing and last a good amount of time. Great value for money!

Beautiful shop - lovely owner. Had a great little chat, met the dog, found some beautiful pieces that were on super special - and then she gave me a massive discount on her wonderful roses to clear them for the new week. They lasted a week. Can't ask for more, really!
