We bought 2 Vencha ceiling fans. Sayet showed different fans and helped us to choose best fans for our home. They offered genuine discount.

They have lots of variety and latest selection on a reasonable price. The staff is very helpful too. We are happy thaat we shopped here.

It has been an awful experience with this company. Not recommended at all. We bought a light less than two years ago under warranty. It is faulty but they are asking us to buy the new one at a new expensive price then they will refund it. Or bring the old one before giving us the new light and expecting us to shoulder the electrician fee who will come out twice to take off light and replace when it is not our fault we were sold a faulty light fitting. It is utterly ridiculous. We drove all the way out to the seven hills shop and the guy did not do anything to solve or help us. It is very unprofessional. Not a good company policy.

Only customers in the shop and we were completely ignored for 5 minutes by two staff members who were busy talking amongst themselves.

We were looking at lights directly infront of them a few meters from them. We made several attempts to get their attention.

We've gone to another lighting shop to buy all of the lights for a full house renovation.

Several thousand dollars just walked out of their shop.

Wonderful shopping experience! Eric is personable, knowledgeable and gave good advice on lighting needs for my home. It can be rather overwhelming with the multiple options available but Eric narrowed it down for me and I was out of the store with 4 ceiling lights I am incredibly happy with within 45mins. I highly recommend Lights2you for their exceptional customer service

Located in 2 levels, this store has a great collection of lights, chandeliers, clocks, etc. The light we selected was not available in stock, but the staff helped place an order. The order was ready even before the due date, and the process was smooth. The staff even delivered the order to the boot. Overall, it was a great experience.

Never met such rude staff, could hardly be bothered looking up from her phone to answer my question let alone offering any help.

Would recommend not to shop at this store, other retailers have far better customer service, don't make the same mistake that I made.

I didn't realise how much there is to know about lights! I went in with no clue and came out with the lights I needed and a tonne of helpful information. Eric (?) patiently walked me through it all and guided me towards the right lights (not the most expensive ones in the store). There was also a kids area where the kids could draw (and keep out of our hair!), which allowed us to chat. The prices were good but you could also scale up, if that's your thing. We took the middle road and it was a good deal compared to 'chain' lighting stores we'd visited. Strong recommend!

Service excellent and quick. The availability is smaller than I thought when I saw it from the highway, looks huge from there. Still has a good range

I think I got scammed price wise. Found out I could have got the globes for 10 bucks each and they're selling 25 bucks. Too enthusiastically bought it.

We went to light 2 u with limited knowledge on garden lights. Eric was well informed had great knowledge on what we needed. He helped us plan our vision with the best advice. Would recommend going to see Eric with any lighting needs. 5 star service

We came across Lights2You by accident and was very relieved when we did, we had been looking for chandeliers for MONTHS. We ordered a custom made chandelier from Lights2You and the entire process was very easy. Alina the store manager was always there to answer any questions and update us on our order. Even after we received our orders my husband had trouble putting even it together but Alina & her team helped him and got us started on putting our chandelier together. The service from start to finish was fantastic, we have nothing to complain about and would recommend anyone who is looking for lighting solutions to visit their store. Their choices for chandeliers is vast and not the same designs as every other light stores we visited.
