I married my best friend on the 20.09.2023 and Lightheart captured our perfect day!

after months of searching for the perfect photography, my husband and I decided to go with Lightheart. Not only were their years of experience highly enticing, their professionalism, care and attention to detail is what sold us.then to receive our beautiful wedding photos, my husband and I were in absolute awe! They captured every moment so beautifully and we were over the moon with how each image turned out.

They have given us the perfect memories to look back on years to come!

There are a lot of talented photographers out there but the team at lightheart films and photography not only know how to capture the right moment, but are also excellent with communication which gives their client peace of mind. They are experienced professionals who are happy to suggest and take over timing to ensure all the right moments are captured. My husband and I highly recommend their service. Unhappy with the photos we received, dealing with office staff was ridiculously difficult, they are very unclear on the “discounts” they give, that is the same price as on their website.then they harassed me until I removed my review.

In saying that, the videographers, Brian and Liu are great, the videos we received were great. But the photos weren’t worth paying for. The photography gave barely any instruction and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

We had the pleasure of having Lightheart Photography capture our special moments. Tony and Grace were excellent in corresponding with us to meet our needs and kindly rescheduled our engagement photoshoot when the weather was looking bad. Jeff provided incredible directions to my fiance and I, complete noobs, which we greatly appreciated, and the photos turned out great. On our wedding day, Jason was one man but he felt like an entire photography team, being almost everywhere at once, to capture highlights of our day. We ended up with hundreds of high quality digital photos that looked amazing, especially since we were blessed with a double rainbow and sunny drizzle. I am not one to leave negative reviews. Initially we had an amazing experience with Lightheart Wedding. The photographers on the day were amazing and helpful. However, after we received our photos the real issues began.

During the consultation process, we were asked which editing styles we liked and showed edited photos of other weddings. This was discussed at length and it was my understanding that edited photos will be provided. Once we received our images, they were raw and an unedited images. We were provided with a slideshow with selected images edited.

When we enquired about the edited images as agreed, we were advised that the services did not offer editing. I was confused as to why I was shown edited images only and discussed editing styles at length. Staff indicated that this was not included unless we bought a wedding album from us. I tried to compromise and ask just for the images already edited within the slideshow. They again refused. I did not understand what benefit this slideshow would be to us if I was left with thousands of raw images with poor lighting in some.

I informed them that I went with them because a close friend had used them and was provided with edited images. I did not understand why this was not provided to us. A printed canvas was part of our package and we never claimed this. We have no use for a printed canvas with an unedited photo.

After further pushing, I was told that this promotion was for an influencer campaign only? And if I wanted the edited photos from the slide shows, I would need to post a positive review before they would be released. I refused to do so and ended up editing my own photos.

I am aware that a suite of edited images of our wedding photos are being shown to couples looking to book in the services. Please do not be fooled like we did. After paying over $8,000 for photos and videos for our wedding, I spent many hours having to edit my own photos which is highly disappointing.
