Lift and Level just completed levelling of our front porch step and sidewalk. They were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable in explaining the process and in the work they performed.
Total time to complete the levelling was less than an hour, and the results look great. I just wish I had contacted Lift & Level as my first option and had got this job done sooner.

We were dealing with a two-family house. We bought it in 1999 and had a two-storey extension added - an extension to an existing stable old building, which, however, did not have a sufficiently strong foundation.
Over a period of 20 years, this annex repeatedly broke off in stages and threatened to take the main house with it.
After a lengthy dispute with the architect in charge at the time, we were granted a stepped foundation, but this ultimately did nothing to stabilize the extension. Dry summers with shrinking soil did the rest. The addition continued to tilt toward the garden, causing numerous massive damages and cracks.
The solution for us was L&L Resin - a stable foundation made of pressed-in synthetic resin.
Lances were placed in several locations and - precisely monitored by laser - the expansion resin was inserted under the extension. Within a few hours, the building section was not only sustainably underpinned, but also raised by several millimeters and brought into balance.
The former slope in the direction of the garden and also in the west-east direction has been eliminated!
In short: top technology, a high-class, professional team, both in terms of consulting, preliminary planning and execution.

If you are after a honest team to do any sort of concrete levelling & stabilising, I highly recommend Tony & his team. The front of our warehouse had a lot of movement within the slab. Last week as the trucks were driving over you could see the water pushing out from the slab. It was pretty awesome to see the product being injected & viewing the water being pushed out followed by the product. Tony explained that this was water retention beneath the slab & the product will fill in the voids. The front area is now firm again with no movement. Once again I thank you and the team for coming in the evening so the business could stay operating during the day.

Tony and his team have done a great job with levelling out my pool. When the pool was built the ground below had many voids which Tony explained when he originally assessed & quoted. I recommend Tony for all your lifting needs, very honest guy who went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy.

The conduct of the work confidence inspiring and the care they took was exceptional. This job has been worrying me for a decade. I expected it to take weeks and it was all done in 1 day.
They left the work site clean as if was there own home. I should mention that one company I contacted said this was too hard, Two others are yet to even turn up to do the assessment. Meanwhile Lift and level said Lets do it. I will not name them because I found that the Lift and level team are all the best you can hope to find. Keep the good effort up boys.

We recently purchased our family home full, knowing we had to fix a structural problem. We contacted a few other bussness but knew after speaking to Tony. Lift and level were the team for the project. I chose Lift and level for my house subsidence issues. They impressed me from the beginning by their quick response to the enquiry. Some company's did call me back a 6 weeks later. I had 2 companies to inspect and quote the susidence issue. Lift and level is not the lowest but still very reasonable. The main reason why I chose them is because their initial response and explanation was very professional. The result is beyond perfect and I don't think it can be any better. Tony mentioned that they couldn't guarantee the lift but it surely closed the gap by 80%. Great Family run business
