Great service that you can run at your own pace, I am currently moving my salon and doing a lot of work myself, so the coaching is on hold which is absolutely fine, you can do things at your speed, and every bit of information is gold so you don’t want to miss a thing. Thank you️

Richard is the real deal. He was a salon owner who has experienced all that is the hairdressing industry. He does deliver on what he promises and he does get results. Buy his book and I promise you will want more. Any money you invest in his training will be made back ten fold.

We had been thinking of getting a business coach for a while, but just hadn't found anyone that resonated. We felt they were mainly focused on start ups and quite small businesses, but we were an established salon who needed just direction and to focus on the 1% things that make you better.

We didn't need help getting clients as such but about increasing client spend, keeping staff happy, following up with clients, communication.

We have been with Richard now for 6 months and he has helped us identify those little things that add up. More detailed procedures and policies, re-looking at our customer service, our website etc.

The main thing though would be teaching us about including the staff in decisions (but guiding them to what you want that decision to be) so that they feel connected with the salon and they have a voice.

He won't tell you what to do, it isn't paint by numbers coaching, but he gives you the ideas and tools to customise it to your needs.

After fumbling my way through my first 6 years as a salon owner, I really needed someone who knew how to walk the walk and talk the talk! I had been in the industry for 12 years already and thought I could do it on my own.
