I genuinely don't know how to put into words how much I enjoy coming to Lifestyle Performance every day. Instead of dreading my workouts the night before, I'm excited to wake up and start my day off in a positive way.
As a young Mum of two who recently moved from interstate, I felt super isolated and found it difficult to find a gym that caters to having small humans running around. I was craving a group-style workout that would encourage and motivate me to turn up and give 110%. LP is a relaxed, inclusive and welcoming environment where you can break a mean sweat, have a laugh and make some awesome friends along the way. The trainers are fantastic and take a realistic approach to functional training; catering to a variety of skill levels.
If you're on the fence about joining or starting a trial, please give it a go - you will be addicted.

Lifestyle performance is a warm, vibrant, fun and accepting place to get into shape or explore how far you can push yourself fitness wise. The friendly nature and family friendly environment is above anything else I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 recommend.

LP makes working out fun and doesn't feel like a chore. Almost at 100 classes and can say every class is enjoyable, always full of smiling faces, supportive high fives and a well earned sweat!

The only session I don’t enjoy is the one I am unable to turn up for! LP is a happy place full of great people who welcomed me on day 1 and always make me feel comfortable. No judgement. Lots of laughter and fun along with fantastic gym sessions. Perfect for anyone no matter what fitness level.

LP creates such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – the classes have awesome music and the amazing supportive members create a perfect workout environment who make me actually want to go train everyday. From the hands-on ownership, to the exceptional positive trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Performance to anyone. I have been blown away by my experience at this gym and I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Absolutely the best decision I made in my life back in 2020… trust me Chad, Courtney and the team will look after you. If you are worried about joining due to that gym feeling and being judged, get that thought out of your mind, it’s like no other gym, it’s a community of supportive people of all shapes and sizes and all different fitness and strength ability…

I have just started at LP and am loving it.
I am enjoying everything about LP. The variety of workouts and the people. It is such a fabulous supportive community. Along with how easy it is to have my kids there. As a single mum this is what has stopped me joining any gym sooner as the juggle is quite tricky but LP make it so easy and accessible.
