Worth the price. Bought treadmill, value for money and amazing sales guy “Locky” who helped with the sales process very smoothly. Would definitely recommend buying from here

Honestly the worst purchase of our lives. Brought a $1200 swing set plus cubby house for my boys for Xmas last year. The set isn't even 9 months old and the timber is cracking badly all over the set. I have had back and forward emails regarding the cracks and kept being told "it's cosmetic". They have told me the swing set shouldn't be in direct sun light. Where else would you have a kids swing set? In there bedrooms? The service from this company is a joke. They do not want to help. They have an excuse for any question you raise with them. Wouldn't recommend this product or any of the products to anyone.

Bad experience buying a new mat for the trampoline online. I added my shipping address and I never selected the item to be transfer transfer to collection point at Wetherill Park. I only realised because they sent me an email when the item was ready to pick up. I live 3 hours from there so impossible to pick it up so I have to pay $21.70 on top of the $14.54 that already paid for the original delivery. Very disappointing! Just be careful when you buy online because is confusing.

Bought a swing set for my daughter for her birthday. Absolutely disappointed! None of the parts aligned and it was a nightmare to assemble and because of this we were unable to completely assemble the swing. Will never buy from here again and would not recommend anyone else to buy.

Try another company like hide and seek kids! I ordered a sandpit cover over a month ago and I’m still waiting for a replacement to be sent. Customer service is a joke as is there courier company. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Bought lifespan kids Winston 4 station swing. Sharp edges on wood. Holes not propley drilled. The "slide " Is that thin. My daughter can barley fit down it and she is only 3. Instructions absolutely terrible. Made in China. Do not waste over $500 dollars on this product. Pay a carpenter to make you one! DO NOT BUY THIS ONE.

27 days waiting for a SANDPIT. 3 separate staff members (Keith, Lyra and Karishma) spoken to with no return of emails, just keep getting passed to the next person who hasn’t got a clue. Their shipping company is one of the worst reviewed companies. I emailed Lifespan last week explaining I had spoken to the shipping company direct myself (and sat on hold for over 30 minutes.) and they had advised the sandpit was severely damaged so they had returned it to their depo. And today, voila another email from Lifespan asking if I had received the sandpit yet? Although I told them last week it was returned due to damage. What a joke.
The absolute worst company to deal with.
I have ordered a sandpit cover AND a play set (with an assembly cost of $1,349.) due for arrival in October. I cringe at the THOUSANDS I have spent with this company and if this 27 day wait sandpit is the sign of what’s to come with my other orders. Strap yourself in. AVOID. And lifespan if your reading this, can someone at some point in the next 27 days respond to the last email sent today. (27/09/2021.)

Worst Customer service. I purchased a Somerset play centre for my kids. The quality of the wood is terrible. I can snap it with my hands. We hired a handyman to put it together & while he was drilling because of how faulty it is the wood split. The screws are poor in quality. They tried to tell me that the handyman was overtightening the screws, but as soon as he would drill just a little, it would split. I'm sorry that's not overtightening, that's poor quality. I also forgot to mention that the ladder didn't hold because of the split wood. I sent them photo proof to their email asking for a refund and they are asking me to unscrew the whole play centre and pack it in boxes for them to come and pick up. So first they send out a poor quality play centre, THEN they have the nerve to make us unscrew the whole thing and pack it in boxes for them? RUBBISH.

Would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

That would be great, I would really appreciate that, my faith is being restored in supporting local!

I bought a lifespan swing set for my little boys 2nd birthday, I wanted to support local business and go directly to the company, I could have purchased the same set through my deal or larger corporations but chose not to. Unfortunately my loyalty was not reciprocated, the set was missing parts, and so we could have it up for his birthday party for kids to play on, my partner purchased the brackets and bolts etc and built it, I assumed that there would be no problems claiming the cost back as it was their error, we didn't charge them for the labour time, the welding, only for the cost of the replacements, yet they still would only refund half of the cost to us! Very disappointed and we will not be supporting this company in the future and would not recommend them to others.

Purchased a swing set through a lifespan supplier. Unfortunately its missing some parts and after 2 weeks of only being able to contact them via email I can only look at the pile of parts in my backyard and wonder how excited the kids would be if they could use it as a swing as intended. The customer service is extremely slow and I can only seem to get vague responses to my questions. Dont bother find another company to deal with. They customer care is woeful

I have never come across a worse customer experience in my life. The swing set I bought for my daughter's birthday was poorly made, all predrilled holes in the top beam were incorrect, resulting in the upright posts being too close to the swings. It was clearly unsafe for use. When I contacted them about it they tried to tell me that was how all the swings sets in that model were and that it shouldn't stop me putting the product together or using it. I would not let my daughter play on it as it was not safe. And as it was I would be suprised if it met Australian Standards.

After a week of daily emails (because no one who could do anything would speak to me on the phone). I finally got the ok to return it to the store, which I did and a full refund was promised. I was told my refund would be processed immediately and the money would be in my account within 24 -48 hours. It has now been a week and still no refund. Now I have no product and no money. I call that theft!

Lifespan kids are no longer answering their phones and not responding to my emails. My next step is to take them to the Office of Fair Trading.

If you want an unsafe product, rude, condescending service and be out of pocket hundreds of dollars buy from them. If not I suggest you will get a better product and service at your local Bunnings.

The bobcat swing is the most impossible-to-put-together piece of equipment! And I’ve put together a lot of furniture. On the bright side it seems sturdy and is fun.
