Now the longer story: We casually mentioned to a friend that we wanted to pursue the Global Talent stream, and he recommended us Moran right away on the basis that a friend of his had got the GT visa thanks to her. From day 1, at our consultation with her, Moran was super professional and straight to the point. She told us I was a good candidate for this visa and thus recommended we submit an EOI.
