I enjoy the yoga classes by all teachers at this studio, and Angela's bright personality and enthusiasm really makes Life Source a welcoming place. All abilities are welcome, from newbies to experts. I don't feel like anybody judges you here, there's many people from different backgrounds practicing together and I've always felt comfortable.

The online classes are well recorded and easy to follow too! Can't wait to be able to visit again:)

Angela’s yoga classes are so good! Whatever your reason is to practice yoga, Angela will make sure you reach your goals with laughter too. From the day that she had to close the studio due to the lockdown, she showed how resilient she is and immediately started facilitating yoga classes online. These classes have been amazing and I feel like I am still in her studio instead of at home. Thanks Angela for everything!

I absolutely love Life Source Yoga. Angela is so friendly and welcoming and the studio feels like a little family. The instructors are attentive, knowledgeable and always offer a range of modifications for those who want to take it easy or work harder.

I'm a beginner. My physio told me to try Yoga to strengthen my knee. They're amazing here. They were careful to understand my needs and my injuries. During the classes they would help me with subtle changes to make sure I enjoyed but didn't risk injury. I love it (particularly Hatha). My teachers are amazing.

What an incredible space and experience LifeSource Yoga& Health is. A real hidden gem in North Sydney. Angela, the studio owner immediately made me feel at ease and relaxed. I absolutely loved the yin class, her playful style and vibrant energy was so refreshing. I felt so still and calm afterwards and my body felt amazing. The studio is gorgeous, beautiful high ceilings, wood floors, fairy lights and gorgeous essential oils diffusing. They have an amazing array of teachers and the integrity of their teaching and genuineness is second to none. This is yoga with heart. The care factor is big and it's fun. You simply must go.

Did a Hathaway class recently. Lovely warm studio and nicely scented to complement our session. I appreciate Angela going around the room to correct everyone. Thanks Angela. Really enjoyed the class.

Life Source is a friendly and intimate yoga studio. A good mix of classes for all levels. The instructors are welcoming and will check that your poses are correct. I have progressed with this yoga studio further than other studios I have previously attended. I thought parking would be an issue in North Sydney, however I have always managed to find a spot close by or outside. Plus, at the weekends the Ridge Street car park is free.
