I wanted to share my experience with Svetlanah. I invested in her coaching at a time I needed sound advice. I felt she guided me in such a way I was able to gain clarity for matters that were previously troubling me. I remember having only 3-4 sessions where she released negative energy & encouraged me to embrace my capabilities- to move forward delicately yet with strength.
I only needed a few sessions when my mind opened up to see the reality of my situation. From that point, it was a piece of cake!
Other times she’s helped shift things that bother me, explaining to “be aware of things but not be consumed by those things that are out of your control”.
She has a very gentle manor that makes total sense to me.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone who needs encouragement finding their strength’s or releasing trauma.

After our first session I found my nearly overwhelming inner turmoil reduced to a manageable level. Since then, I’ve found myself more able to say what I’m thinking, and I’m not self-censoring internally any more. For probably the first time ever, I feel like I’m growing as a person, and although it’s sometimes overwhelming and scary, I feel a sense of confidence and anticipation that makes it all worth it.
