Life Medical Imaging - Bateau Bay - Bulk Billing Ultrasound, CT, DEXA, Echo, Women’s Imaging

Went there on the 20/11/23 and the older female receptionist was rude, yelling at people and plain disrespectful.

I walked in with my referral papers from my doctor and she refused to accept them and angrily told me " I'll do it when I get around to it" she's is clearly out of her depth and in the wrong industry.

Then a patient fell over and hit her head on the ground. People rushed over to give assistance and she started yelling at everyone in the foyer to not run out and help! Despite everyone just sitting there, she then yelled at the people again saying she doesn't need a crowd around her! Despite only two people actually attending her!

It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.

All the staff here are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They make patients feel comfortable, and keep them informed. My only not so great experience was that I text my referral through (as requested), but I had to follow up, so best to ring and make your appointment.

Exceptional service! All staff were an absolute delight to talk to, my ultrasound was very comfortable, My sonographer today was sensational and very informative, if I need to come back this is were I'll be going. Highly recommend.

I’ve had such a great experience with medical life imaging, if I could rate more stars I would. All the staff are so kind, and the sonographers all take their time and are so thorough. They have also been so patient with me eg when I’ve wanted extra photos of baby. And admin staff even mailed me photos that I forgot to ask for. They have gone above and beyond for me. I highly recommend

I had my scan here today with Sarah and the experience was amazing the ladies at reception were so welcoming and friendly! Sarah took the time to explain everything she was doing in the scan and made me feel at ease after being very anxious waiting for this scan.i highly recommend life medical imaging. I wont be going anywhere else from now on!
