Don't trust Life Interiors, there are other shops that sell the same furniture.

The customer service is terrible. They make false promises and post misleading information on their website.

They guaranteed delivery before Xmas to get the sale even though the item wasn't in stock. Then they repeatedly pushed back the delivery date and emails prove they posted misleading information on their website.

The customer service team didn't call at arranged times and took months to resolve the issue. It wasn't just us, there are other similar bad reviews as well.

The delivery team were amazing! So friendly and obliging, on time, and kindly offered to pull apart our old bed before assembling the new one being delivered - this was not part of the arranged service but they did it out of kindness and excellent customer service. I would recommend highly. Polite, excellent service from the delivery team.

Delivery a shambles. Told to pay for premium delivery. Despite promise, courier did not consult me on delivery window. Dishonestly claimed I had agreed on a date that was unsuitable. Spent multiple hours organising a change.

Fantastic experience with Life Interiors, I purchased my whole apartment worth of furniture new (spending over $10K) and their service was fantastic. Delivered everything as it arrived and communication was great. Shout out to one of the delivery drivers I had, Martin, who delivered my Sarah Ellison couch. His service and assistance went above and beyond and he provided such care for my items. Thank you.

The service from Life Interiors was exceptional as too was the professionalism from Branden and Martin. Great delivery and installstion service plus the high quality of the furniture was exactly as described. I was very happy with Life Interiors and would certainly recommend them to others.

Dani is fantastic! I bought stools for my kitchen, they are simply beautiful. Lovely quality and I'm very happy just to look at them.
The stools are on the pricey end even with the sale, but I'm very very happy with them.
The customer service is brilliant and Dani goes the extra mile, even fixing a small defect.
The experience was easy, delivery fast, any issues quickly resolved. The team simply made it easy and I would buy my furniture from them again as it was just easy, stress free process.
Its been a week and I enjoy the chairs every time I look at them!

Placed my order in April, and my order keeps getting postponed. Expecting customers to wait 6 months for an order is absolutely absurd. Yet to receive my order however happy to provide a review based on my experience so far.

A shelf that damaged the valuable items I stored on it, followed by bad customer service, and a refusal to accept any responsibility. We purchased the Anja bookshelf via the Life Interiors website in August 2020, and it arrived in December that year. I used it to store my valuable collection of vinyl records, seeing it as a more attractive option than the go-to Ikea Kallax. I wish I'd just stuck with the Kallax, because these shelves ended up staining the cardboard covers of my records. Keep in mind, I keep the majority of my collection in plastic protective sleeves, but the stain even managed to leach through those. Unfortunately my collection includes rare and irreplaceable items. I discovered the damage in early 2023, and contacted Life Interiors promptly to seek a refund and some compensation. Despite my attaching the proof of purchase documents, they originally tried to claim they didn't sell the product. After admitting their error, they claimed they were following it up, and after some back and forth, asked me to give them 1-2 months to liaise with the shelve's supplier, and NSW Fair Trading. I did as they asked, and after more than 2 months of waiting, I got in touch again, with photographic evidence of all the damage caused, and a detailed catalogue of all the affected items, and their cost of replacement. Numerous emails and phone calls were met with the same lines, that they were still dealing with the supplier, still dealing with NSW Fair trading, that they were escalating the claim to their manager, and that a manager would call me back. Not once was I ever contacted by the manager, and the more persistent I became, the quieter Life Interiors got. I decided to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, and was advised that there was no record of Life Interiors getting in touch with them about the situation, despite what they had claimed. After a couple of weeks, Fair Trading advised that a "Customer Experience Manager" named Helen McDonald was refusing to provide a refund or compensation, with the reason being that teak furniture always has a risk of stain leeching onto nearby items, so they don't believe they're liable. This was never conveyed to be directly by Helen of course. My most recent emails continue to go unanswered. I think any piece of furniture advertised as a bookshelf should be able to hold books or other cardboard and paper items without causing irreparable damage, otherwise it's not fit for purpose. If this was a known risk with this item, there should have been a disclaimer at the point of purchase, to give the customer a chance not to proceed. I have of course since had to buy a different set of shelves to avoid any further damage, and have begun trying to source replacements for my damaged items. I'm not finished pursuing this, and to avoid them claiming again that they have no record of my purchase, it was under my wife's name and paid for out of our shared account. I'll keep her name out of this public review, but the order number was S127178.

The service from Life Interiors has been fabulous. The communication with the sales person via live chat (who answered all my detailed questions) plus the follow-up for a missing part were clear and frequent, and the furniture is good quality and was exactly as described. Very happy with Life Interiors and would certainly recommend them to others.

Don’t buy here, Appalling experience. Purchased 4 capa stools which after sitting on one for 5 mins left dents in my beautiful timber floors because the bottoms of the legs are pointy which I did not notice online.
But also cost $400 & then 4 weeks to deliver by Designer transport…. After already leaving the warehouse…. 3 days off work.waiting for scheduled deliveries which were canceled twice at the last minute.
3 phone calls over nearly 2 weeks requesting the stools be returned but of course they sent the emails to the wrong email address twice…You have to send photos of the stools back to management before they even consider a return.
& No u are not allowed to return anything to the shop but you must pay exorbitant delivery fees back to the warehouse…but only if they approve your return.

Purchased a large mirror for my daughter for Xmas. It was absolutely beautiful. We had a little problem which I raised directly with Life Interiors via email and even over the holiday period, it was dealt with promptly, professionally and with great respect and courtesy. Cannot fault the customer service. Will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Purchased a Dane Storage Queen Bed from Life Interiors.
The shipping date was delayed but Life Interiors kept me up to date on the ETA and also very quickly updated my details to the courier while it was en route.
The customer service from the team was fantastic and I would use them again.
Also, very happy with the bed!

Shocking customer service. Bought and paid for a bed before Christmas. Paid nearly $300 for a premium delivery package. Bed dumped with no assembly. Told it can only be assembled in 10 days time. I am disgusted with the service and follow up. If a company outsources delivery - it’s still their responsibility to see that a customer receives their delivery and that it is assembled - that’s what I paid for.
Will never buy from then again. Let’s see how long it takes to refund the delivery fee.

Extremely poor customer service. I have now waited 3 months and all they have done is blame other factors outside of themselves and I am still yet to receive my item. When I atleast asked for it to be sent as priority they refused to mentioning again it was out of there control. I will not be shopping here again and I recommend others not to also.

Poor communication and long wait times, no response when emailed. Yes their products are lovely but good luck getting them in stock and delivered to you door. They ignore all correspondence.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Just had to wait for my call to be answered by a team member - 1.5 hours! I would have been happy to select an option for a call back but was worried my place would be lost in the queue.

I asked the operator to waive the fee for delivery due to my poor experience and she flatly replied no and wouldn't raise the issue with the manager.

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
