Showed up at 4.50pm and they literally locked the car door in front of me as I tried to open it with no regard for my customer experience. Wouldn’t have kept them more than 10 minutes just wanted to confirm it’s the model I wanted - but Irritable, not willing to answer questions, condescending - could have made a sale today boys. Sales people were rude and unprofessional. Go buy your Lexus elsewhere. Horrible experience. Very upset.

On a Friday, l was introduced by a friend to take a look at Lexus cars, The general manager, Raymond personally entertained me After enthusiastically and carefully introducing the NX SUV series that llked, l chose the NX 350 F specs, Raymond was attntive and friendly, 6 stars super professional, made me feel happy buying a canr, and Hersldo is a very good employee, thank you Raymond & Hersldo。

Was told to email my enquiry the previous day. Never received a response. Called today and the phone continually rang out in listed business hours, tried lived chat, and no response. I know i only wanted to spend $120,000.00. Sorry, obviously far to busy. Very poor.

Picked up my Lexus today. Met Xavier salespeeson from Lexus Sutherland.
Dealing with Xavier just unbelievable, he is very helpful, friendly, patience and just not ordinary car salesman.
He explained all the functions and gadgets in the car with me.
He offers me to come back to see him if anything not quite clear.
Overall the pricing and service just fabulous.

Hi I didn’t had good experience at all! Unfortunately they made my family very sad! They been very Sirius in getting money but no respect! They sell dash camera 1200$ but after many times asking still I don’t know how to use? They charge for 5 years car wash but after expensive service too much rubbish inside car! Before I use to love Lexus but now!? ️️️

Extremely poor service. Met a sales called Mr Chung on this Saturday morning. He was not willing to provide us any information about any cars after I politely asked him to show us some of the SUVs. He just told us to look at the cars in outside by ourselves with very unfriendly tone. He also refused to provide us test drive and said it’s ok if we wanna leave. So we had to leave after 5 mins visiting. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The salesman’s terrible attitude is such a damage to the brand reputation and definitely caused losses of potential customers. One star is even too much for him.

I am absolutely shocked by the poor customer reception at this dealer. I will be honest I didn’t know too much about Lexus but my girlfriend is very keen to buy one. When I asked the guy who greeted us in the store for some more information about the cars he literally said “you should read about them online”, not bothered to show us around at all. He then suggested us to have a look at the cars parked outside, but his attitude the entire time was very weird and almost like he wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. We will never consider Lexus again, not from this dealer anyway.

I made a LX570 enquiry with Xavier and his Sales Manager, Michael about 3 weeks ago.
We discussed a number of vehicle options as they had 3 vehicles to choose from.
During the complete transaction, l had a very pleasant informative experience with no pressure.
Once l considered my options, l made a selection and Xavier helped work out a fair and competitive deal for me. I was given time to arrange my flights up from Melbourne, and do a final inspection before l was happy to complete settlement.
I was collected from Sydney Airport early on the day of inspection and demo drive.
The Big LX570 was beautifully presented and in great condition.
