Lexus of Parramatta

I am so impressed with the help and guidance given to me by Ali Mohammadi at Lexus of Parramatta. Based on his expertise, I have chosen a great car so thank you Ali and the entire Lexus team.

Lexus of Parramatta Team have been very helpful from day one purchasing of vehicle to pick. They have been communicating and informing me of my vehicle manufacturing to delivery stage. Before the pick up date, Lexus of Parramatta team identified defects informing me promptly and truthfully. Truly appreciative of the team professionalism and truthfulness. My vehicle suppose to be delivered in April24. So Happy the Lexus of Parramatta brought it forwards to December23. Got my 2023 Christmas present. Once again special thanks to Denis Xiao, Jessica Tzavaras and Ken Dervis including Lexus Parramatta Team for making the day of picking my vehicle special and unforgettable moment.

I came on Thursday bought the car, been promised the car will be ready pick on Friday. Collected the car Friday, all I can say keep the excellent job.

Just get my NX450h+, very happy with the car performance. This is my second Lexus with Parramatta Dealer, they make it quick, professional and friendly. Praise to J D Silva.

Excellent salesman, answered all questions, gave helpful hints.
Denis was a credit to the company would recommend him.

Unfortunately i have bad experiences of team, one of staff called Sofia as she works in call centre so when i called and try to speak on of team but she did not connect me to the person for my car issue and after days when i called again she was trying to ended of phone line and again does not connect me to someone to help me so i get angry and spoke to her manager but still after few days i have issue with car. NO response. Unfortunately again when you gonna pay money all team very respectful and as soon as you paid all change.

Predelivery service poor.demanded for car rego 1 hour before pick-up. Towbar supposed to have been fitted, not done (paid for). The manager who took my payment was rude. When I told him that payment was paid in full without the towbar fitted. His reply was " not my department! " He was more interested in selling Lexus Insurance.
No info was given on the know-how of EV charging of the PHEV.

My second time buying a Lexus from Parramatta - after the robust negotiations, things went smoothly with a touch of professionalism and luxury.
Car arrived within the expected timeframe, sparkling new with the compulsory drape and bow. The person helping take delivery took great photos of my child with the bow and waa meticulous in her explanation of the car’s features. Nice touches of a picnic hamper and small accessories as a surprise in the boot. Fuel tank filled to full without the need to ask for it. Overall a quality Lexus delivery and why I would recommend the Parramatta dealership.

Team was very friendly and helpful. Sales person was Malik and he was was polite, Knowledgeable and friendly. Business managers were Albert and Frank. Both were very professional and helpful. Overall experience was fantastic.

Was a absolute pleasure meeting the great staff and making a deal with them.
They are very helpful and won't let you down with anything that you need.

On-time delivery no drama no surprises staff was very professional and helped me out with all the process steps

They said you guys were absolutely fantastic with your friendly service and they were extremely happy with absolutely everything from once they walked in the door to taking the car home today. There is absolutely nothing to fault with the whole experience.

Violet is the barista there and she is lovely. She goes above and beyond. I had a good experience at the dealership with sales and finance. Before picking up the vehicle and on delivery day I rang the dealership to ask a certain question and was told 3 times they would check and get back to me but no one got back to me. If you tell a customer you will find something out for them you should, not just ignore them. This was disappointing especially being a prestige dealership.

Denis Xiao was outstanding in our purchase of our new NX250. Denis was well mannered and had an amazing knowledge about the car and the different models. Would highly recommend Denis when looking to purchase a Lexus.

My mum and sister dropped by to buy a car. From what I was told, their experience was they were treated like they wanted a free handout. They could travelled to Sutherland instead and get a second NX, but the distance wasn't worth it. But this experience showed us otherwise. And from what I've read, these guys are most likely not going to sell you a car if you don't dress the part. 2023 and we still heav dealerships discriminating? What is this? A Lamborghini dealership?

Had a really bad experience with your representatives from parts department with name IAN and other guy both were so rude and straight they said they can't waste time on us and they will not deliver the part to my area which is very close to the store.

10/10 Lexus dealership! Alex, Denis, Frank and 3 x Sarah's all provided expectional customer service and I highly recommend seeing this team to purchase your new Lexus. Barista coffee is good too:) Thanks team!

We are so pleased with our Lexus purchase. The moment we walked into Lexus Parramatta, Dennis and Liam greeted us and they were very helpful. We are very happy with all of the staff with the delivery of our car. The staff are very helpful, the general manager in particular was very kind and friendly.
