Anthony has been amazing in providing SMS photos of different tiles we liked, since Covid has closed Lexatonia's showroom. He provides timely quotes, and any changes to quotes we request, and then organises delivery within 2 or 3 days, which is a level of service better than many stores were able to achieve before Covid restrictions. I'm surprised I just wrote that but it's true.

Their website is so easy to navigate, i was able to soom in on what i was looking for imediatly with ease, a missed call and they rang me back straight away, more than happy to help and answer my many questions with proffesional advicei received my order on the day promised with friendly assitance to load my van

Visited store a couple of weeks ago to find and old tile. I spoke to a lovely girl called Belinda who was very helpful, and knew the tile I was after and put me on to the supplier. Unfortunately the tile was discontinued 10 years earlier. Its just nice to know there are people out there willing to help and listen even though there's not a dollar in it for them. So, thank you Belinda for your great customer service.
