12 As a larger person clothes shopping can be daunting and challenging. Jessie and her colleague were wonderfully helpful, kind and patient as I worked out what jeans fit best.
While there is limited choices in style and colour, I ened up with 2 pairs of fantastic jeans
Bought few denims from this store, love Levi’s quality denim and the staff here were amazing
Great shop with really good staff they go out of their way to get u fitted out properly.l appreciate the fact that the staff are trained. They usually have all sizes in stock and if they need to they can communicate with their other stores to get get u whatever u need. Well run no fuss store well done Levis store Bondi Junction.

Very poor customer service. Came in 35 minutes before closing and asked the shop assistant if they had a particular style of jeans in black. She insisted they didn't and never had, even though it was available on the website. Lo and behold, I find the colour and style I wanted 2 minutes later and asked if they had it in a different size. She said no (without checking at all). I then asked if she could check if other stores had stock. She said no again. Then, she clocked out 15 minutes early.
Good range of products available, though.

Very helpful staff, very patient with us even though we tried on numerous items and requested multiple sizes.
Was completely ignored by the guy there, even when asking for help. Left the store, he even didn't notice. Way to go Mate.
I like this store. I found the jeans that I was looking for. The staff were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
Found exactly what I wanted. Staff member was very friendly. Took time to open and sort through the new stock boxes to find me more sizes. Thanks!
