I got the worst service I have ever had from any business in my life, it took 6 weeks just to get the assessment then another 5 weeks for them to book it in then they said 8 days to fix but it took 5 weeks/35 day's, I asked manager if business would take responsibility for delays, he said not their fault, it was my fault for choosing Woolworth insurance and for buying a great wall vehicle, they shouldn't do business with both companies if they can't do the job in a timely manner

I had the unfortunate luck of experiencing two car incidents in a short span of time, but the team at LSR Mudgee truly turned things around for me. Having already placed the initial claim, the exceptional office team assisted me to coordinated a second, ensuring the repairs were seamlessly merged into one smooth process. They were honest about potential wait times, given the extent of damage and part requirements. Knowing I'd be without a car, and lacking a rental in my coverage, they worked to speed up my repair process the best they could. Their communication was top-notch with timely text updates, follow-up calls, and a genuine show of compassion. Collecting my car was a joy; it was in impeccable condition, inside and out. A heartfelt thumbs up to LSR for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Friendly yet professional. Easy going yet focussed. Very helpful with logistical issues. Excellent result. Car washed and cleaned inside before returning it to my home here in town. Top class work and top class customer service.

So happy with the repairs to my car after hitting a kangaroo. LSR went above and beyond, my car was returned to me washed on the outside and fully detailed on the inside. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am happy with the repair of the damages caused by a kangaroo, but I noticed my car was used and driven around 500 kilometres during repair. Before dropping off my car my mileage was around 4500 km but after repair, it was returned with over 5000 km. I just don't think the car needs 500km test drive for body repair.

The team at LSR might be my favourite people ever. During lockdown, I had the unfortunate luck of backing into a pole and causing some pretty impressive damage. (Mudgee Vet Parking Lot 1, Summer 0.) Unsure of how having your car repaired in a pandemic would work, I was both relieved and impressed to learn that I could use their online quoting system to send photos of the damage right from my home. (Their guides make it really easy.) I was also impressed that they offered contactless pick up and drop off of my vehicle! Luckily, it looks like we are past the days of social distancing and needing this type of option, but it was the type of service I'll never forget.

It’s not often a small business grows big and it keeps the small business values, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff or the quality of work. From the office staff making sure I get a ride to the hire car company, constant updates on the progression of the fix to the actual lead tradesmen walking me over the end result at pick time to ensure I understand and am happy with the work.

Have dealt with Leven Smash Repairs on a few occasions over the years. The whole team are very professional and communicative. They make sure to let you know if something isn't going to plan, and are very reliable with the timeframes they set. Most recently got them to do some paintless dent removal for me on my vehicle, and a detail. The vehicle has never looked so clean, and you can't even tell there was ever a mark on it. Very happy customer, and would definitely recommend them to others!
