Etienne and his team recently installed a 10kW ducted system upstairs, plus removed and installed 2 x split systems downstairs and we could not be happier with the end result. The planning and quoting stage was smooth, with plenty of advice and guidance provided, and the actual install was highly professional as well. They arrived on time, took 2 full days to install and setup everything, the guys talked us through the features of each system, including the WiFi setup, and then left the house spotless afterwards. Very happy!:)

Cant be bothered to reply to a requset for a quote on an ac system. After they installed a a c system at my place of work
Ih did request calls/ site visit only after 16.00 and not im not terested in a ducted system.
Obviously im not spending enough for them to reply

Finally had a reply from this olace only after posting on here.

L A C could have at least given a reply through their contact firm on their web site which is where i originally requested a quote.

Now they are sugesti g a zoom meeting which i dont find is suitable as how can they suggest which system i would require just by doing a Zoom meetng.

Matt the service technician was punctual for the service appointment. He went about in a professional and diligent manner to make sure that the air conditioner was working efficiently and correctly. His knowledge and expertise in air conditioning is excellent. I've used Leumeah air conditioning on several occasions now and have not been disappointed. Annette the office administrator was also very efficient, she organised my booking and confirmed the day for the service call.
Matt contacted me 24 hours before the service call and also when he was on his way to my address on the day.
I highly recommend Leumeah air conditioning to everyone, in particular if you need a service call or an air conditioning install. One very happy John.

Went through a process to determine the fault. Explained the issue to me. A different Tech advised I needed a whole new system, these guys had it running in under an hour for the cost of a service call.
