Lets Go Surfing Byron Bay

Our girls (9&11) had the chance to get a privat lesson with Karin. They absolutely loved it and Karin was a wonderful teacher! Patient and with a big heart for kids. It was an unforgettable experience! Thank you once again Karin! One day, we will come back for sure!

My partner and I went for a morning private lesson in Byron bay perfect conditions and great instructor, thanks Dan, his knowledge and calm attitude helped us have a great lesson and the best I have surfed to date. Thanks again Dan we will definitely hit up let’s go surfing and ask for you in any future visit.

Dylan and Greg from Byron are incredible facilitators. They made the day so enjoyable, and were really adaptable with the unpredictable weather. We had a group that ranged from a 7 - 15 years of age and they were so good at making sure everyone was included and cared for - highly recommend:)

Ava was amazing - patient and caring with a wide range of ages in our group. She gave our 11yr old so much confidence. Highly recommend Ava and Let’s Go Surfing. We will be back.

We spent an amazing time with Jade who was our instructor for the lesson. She was really good at explaining and gave us very precious advices. We were both beginners but we felt confident in the water thanks to her as well. We surfed at wrecked Beach and that was a super and safe spot to start. Thanks you for everything, such good vipes. Btw Jade is french so if you need a French speaking instructor just go for it!

Had a wonderful time learning to surf with Mitch and Kim! Super helpful tips and quick/clear instructions so we could get in the water quick. Both were also very encouraging and friendly! Wish I could have taken more lessons:) thank you!

I booked a single surf lesson and I was the only one booked, so it was essentially a 1 on 1 lesson which was great. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and I had fun.

Had an amazing last minute lesson with Ava and Johnny. They were helpful, encouraging and full of knowledge which resulted in us both reaching our goals & standing up/riding a little wave

I had a great time learning how to surf for the first time with Jade, Mich and Marc. They were really nice and we had lots of fun. Would definitively recommend it!

Me and my husband did a beginners surf course at Byron Bay with Dan and it was brilliant. Dan was very patient and we stood up which is what we wanted to achieve! Definitely makes us want to surf more:)

Had a lesson with Ava who was awesome. Amazing teacher, really friendly and professional, had some excellent tips. Had such a good time, totally recommend. We also saw turtles, which is pretty incredible

I had the pleasure to do fifteen lessons with Lets Go Surfing byron bay and it was just awsome! All the surf instructors are so kind, funny, friendly and helpful. Thanks to amazing team I learned surfing and can now catch green waves. I am so happy. I had the best time ever and i can totally recommend this company to everyone.

Dan was an awesome instructor he was super friendly and helpfu. He was really good at encouraging you without pushing you to far and was always on top of how we were fairing out in the water.

My daughter (8 years) and I booked a private lesson. Our instructor explained all the basics, safety and techniques really well. As a result we had an awesome experience and to top it all of we were surfing the waves together

We have been lucky enough to have a 10 day holiday in Byron with 3 lessons at Lets Go Surfing. Our three children (11,7,7) progressed from wary of the waves to delighted, paddling out, standing up and controlled falling off. We particularly loved Ava, who was a phenomenal teacher and the kids had so much fun. Definitely recommend seeking her out.
