Susanne was extremely helpful in both organising my office and personal space. She has an amazing ability to uncover and understand exactly what I want and need, and then implement it. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Susanne has helped us twice - first in the planning of storage in a renovation, and then organising our garage. Her ideas for the former were creative and useful. Susanne's diplomatic talent in helping our family make decisions to recycle, donate or discard the belongings stuffed in the garage was invaluable. I highly recommend her services.

I'm an NDIS participant and Susanne has been great about working within my limits. She pushes me when I need to be pushed but accepts my decisions when they contradict her suggestions. I highly recommend her.

Hi there,
I have recently had to sell my mother's home (she lived there for 51 years) and I was inundated with her belongings, keepsakes, family heirlooms etc. Having no emotional or mental capacity to deal with the decision making involved in working through these items, they have sat in my home for over a year. I needed help to sort through them. I started working with Susanne at the end of last year after my daughter encouraged me to seek professional help. I am still working with Susanne and will continue to do so for the next few months until the job is done. We are working at a pace I am comfortable with (4 hours per fortnight), and we are working together. I am very happy so far, I find Susanne to be very kind, thoughtful, practical, responsive and firm. There is also a teaching element involved so that I can self manage after this particular job is done - I have a tendency to hoard as well - family trait! I have no hesitation in recommending Susanne.

The work has been done about 3 months ago, I can say it was really exhausting (without even taking few minutes to rest), and really it was pleasant to work with her and she is a nice and respectful person. However the work in my opinion wasn' t succesful and didn't meet my expectation from a professional organizer that took 100$/hr including delivery.
We have agreed to spend most of the time of the four hours for inspecting the whole house and search creative and individual / specific solutions to organize the space of the hole home, after discussing together the specific needs of the family members. Instead, we have spent just 20 minutes roaming the house for just a shalow looking and the rest of the time cleaning and decluttering mainly the kitchen pantry and moving the dishes to other shelf (I returned them back as my children could not reach), which I can do alone perfectly.there was no discussion about my specific needs and problems in the kitchen, and just receiving the answer I- I think it is the maximum we can do, for example how to organize the pot lids (after brief minutes with google I have found many solusions that helped me.). The pantry was not organised according to my family needs and instead to use the organising shelves that were already, she got rid of them (and I returned them back.) the higher shelf which supposed to contain the spare food mainly, Basic items such as sugar were placed there, and small items also were placed there alone and not gathered in a basket.

In addition, everything in the drawers was placed with out dividers, the task of organizing species meant to clean the containers by her and the rest of the job was mine -again no suggestion how to organize them in wise, friendly way -, and they returned in their original bags in disarray-as this is more practical)
I have other examples but I will stop here.

We originally met with Susanne about 11 months ago, when we needed to have my mother's estate cleared and decluttered. On arrival to the property, Susanne clearly could not hold back her surprise at the mess, which we found to be very unprofessional. As my mother was somewhat a hoarder, the property was in a state of a mess.

We found Susanne to be extremely rude, arrogant and condescending, and in light that of the fact that my mother had only just passed on, it was not very comforting.

Luckily our neighbour gave us the details for another person who was much kinder.
