We recently successfully refinanced our home thru Christian Maggio. What a pleasure to deal with. He was very transparent, always called/emailed with updates & we were never left in the dark. I had my home loan recently refinanced and all other debt consolidated by brilliant Lending Association team. The man in charge was Jordon Sarraf who made everything absolutely smooth and stress free. He listened our needs and was spot on meeting all our requirements, down to the minute details. I have been loyal customer to Lending Association for almost 10 years. I was one of the lucky ones that my first mortgage was handled by the boss himself, Bill Constatinidis, who is behind the company's success by being brave enough to try doing the same thing differently and by closely following the latest trends. Bill has always been very generous to everyone around him.
What sets Lending Association apart from other financial institutions is that they keep taking care of their customers. They have a post-settlement team that does an amazing job - expect yearly reports of your loan health-check (they will monitor your loan (s) and will suggest if there is a better option for you) and also a birthday present every year! The team is led by Francis Custodio who is always happy to go above and beyond to make the customer happy.
I have been dealing with other brokers and bank managers over the years, they all have their good and bad side, however I am yet to find bad side in Lending Association:).
