What a fantastic place. I had a picture i needed framing for mothers day and expecting a week or two it was done in a few hours. I know this isn't a normal time to have a picture framed but Sam the framer was so nice and fast and did a great job.

Very professional staff and very friendly. The prints I ordered look amazing, and the frames are very good quality. I have had 100's of people impressed by them and they always ask where i got them done! The delivery time was amazing! I was on a tight schedule and they were able to get a large number of frames finished for me on time with great communication the whole way through! I'm very very happy!

I take an extremely large original painting to have the backing board changed and get a call upselling me on a new frame - claiming mine was too old fashioned. There was NOTHING wrong with its condition but i fell for the upsell and got a very boring replacement which he said 'he had lying around their floor'. Notwithstanding the disappointment of the replacement frame, which i paid for without getting my original frame back or at the very least offered back to me, the masking tape they used has come away from the back of the painting. I was told to bring it back for them to fix, but i don't trust them and, moreover, It is the most awkward to transport without risk of damage. I certainly did not expect to be taking my painting back for the most simple job done by an 'expert'.

My husband had an accident and broke a framed football jersey his pride and joy. Phoned and spoke to Tim and when we arrived he couldn’t have been more helpful. Said they would provide a quotation before proceeding, just leave it with him. A week later we returned to pickup our frame. Which was repaired cleaned and up dated and at a cost cheaper then quoted. So happy with the result and would recommend them. Nothing seems to be a problem and they have an amazing selection of frames and backings. Such a pleasant surprise to get such great customer service on the coast
