Leisure Coast Gas

Strung me along for 6 months and then they just fogged me off saying the guy didn’t know what he was talking about. Never called me once, I always did the calling despite them taking my number at least 9 times. Said the part was arriving then said it was the wrong part etc etc….

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who fixed and serviced our gas heater in an afternoon and at a reasonable price. Awesome range of high end gas log fires BBQs too. A real local asset!

My son's brought me a grill plate to go on my webber (bought from there too I'm told) but it was the wrong size so I took it back in the box and he changed it without the receipt no problems. All had to do was pay the difference, used it new years eve and it was brilliant, love my webber, nuthin like a good barby lol. Good bloke to chat with too, have always had great experience there.

These guys, know there stuff. The heaters they have for sale are beautiful, I just had mine serviced but they are great. In fact they probably saved our lives. I needed a whole new part on my heater. They are very busy though

Got abused by manager, trying to resolve a repair issue and part they lost, as recommended by Fair trading. I used to recommend, never again.

Awesome service and products etc.i recently brought a Rinnai Fireplace and had Leisure Coast Gas install it. Great product & workmanship etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Leisure Coast Gas is a good place to buy a BBQ, heater or hot water system. The staff are friendly and know their products.

I have never done one of these before but I feel I must this time. My BBQ shopping experience from the time I walked into the shop and was greeted by Gai to the fitting by David who arrived spot on time, was a total pleasure. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else that's related to gas appliances! It's my go to place for accessories and trouble shooting. The guys are experts and have an indepth knowledge of anything gas related and have helped me solve numerous issues. Their prices are the best I've found and customer service is outstanding!

Best customer service I've experienced in a long while. Knowledgeable, friendly & good product range.

Staff sooo rude.had to wait 15 mins before a staff member addressed me because TWO staff members had to assist a customer trying to puck a fireplace. I wasn't even acknowledged let alone asked "how can we help" or even told "just a minute" with a smile.
Once addressed I was told the heater will be ready in 2 days time but yet when I got home an hour later I was told it is ready so I had to drive back another 30mins to pick it up (I would have waited in the area if i knew it would be that quick).
I was RUDELY told it was my fault that I was blocked in by one of their staff members even though I parked in the customer parking and he left his ute in the driveway so I could NOT get back out onto the street so I waited another 15mins for that
These people are the lowest rudest people i have ever met and i adcise people NOT to go there. SCUM!

Got a built in gas heater installed by Alan from LCG a couple years ago. He was fantastic. A number of other vendors (including builders) refused to take on the job due to the difficulty, but Alan recognised our situation and provided some advice on what we could do. Once we headed down a path and removed the old wood-fire heater box, he was able to help us get our new gas heater installed within the existing masonry. The new heater is a great addition to our home.

Later I went out of my way to buy a bbq from them purely because my heater experience was so positive. They were just as helpful with the bbq!
I highly recommend LCG.

Maybe if they were open until 5 like they advertised and advised when we called earlier that day
