Super helpful, allowed us to take full size samples home to make a decision. Great value compared to other places. The installer arrived on time, did a great job and was fantastic to deal with. Would use again and recommend.

We received great customer service on our initial visit, lots of samples to take home and a quick installation to meet our tight timeframes. When there was a minor issue, Sandro and Tony worked diligently with us and made sure the final installation was to our expectations and bent over backwards to make it happen. Very much appreciated! Under estimated my intelligence.they honesty thought they only company with vinyl flooring.they tried to sell me vinyl flooring I didn't want.

Dropped in today, was the only person in the shop. Was served (or rather not served) by a very rude man. He wasn't interested in discussing his products at all, just waved me towards a couple of samples, and when I asked a question he couldn't be bothered to give me a proper answer. Disgraceful customer service.

I have to say after reading reviews on many carpet places I really wasn’t sure what to expect at Carpet Court. I went into the show room at Petersham not knowing what I wanted but very focused on something that would wear well with my cat. I was greeted by Anna who listened as I explained my needs and she explained the different options. I was pleasantly surprised she also let me take home several samples for a few days and then come back for yet more!
Once I decided on the colour, Tony measured up and quoted me a price on the different grades and further explained the durability of the grades, what impressed me was he did not try to push for a higher price range and gave me the time to feel, walk on and decide for myself, which judging by some of the reviews, some customers they may think this is showing disinterest however I see it as being able to make up my own mind without feeling pressured, and after carefully considering the options I actually went a bit higher grade than I had initially intended on and I’m glad I did.
The 2 young men who came to lay the carpet were great, they were polite and very professional. They took great care with my freshly painted walls, removed the old carpet and underlay swept the floors before laying the new carpet, they also vacuumed thoroughly before leaving and put everything back in place. They really did a great job.

Sandro and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. After shopping at a number of local stores, we stumbled across the Petersham store and I'm very glad we did. The reviews online were somewhat worrying however we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The entire process was seamless and we're beyond happy. Thanks again!

Went there to get a quote on replacing the flooring in our unit. The guy there was dismissive and offered no assistance. Treated us like we were wasting his time.

An excellent job. After reading negative reviews about Carpet Court Leichhardt I was nervous BUT they were excellent in every way. Really helpful in store selecting carpet options and collecting samples. Measured up at short notice, and the installer (Craig) took his time and was superb. Couldn't be happier.

I have been dealing with Leichhardt Carpet Court for many years. Sandro and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Worst decision we made to go ahead with this company and suggest you don't make the same mistake!
Our review echoes others. The sales assistant was extremely helpful in the showroom which is why we went ahead. It just went downhill from there with Tony (owner). I can't even understand why this man has a business when he clearly can't stand customers and definitely doesn't understand the words "customer service".
If you expect to walk in after installation to see a job well done and tidied up afterwards so it looks like new carpet - you will be rudely shocked. Cigarette butts in our garden, skirting board broken and tried to cover up, damage to freshly painted walls and god forbid they run the vacuum over to clean up all the leftover bits on the carpet when they were done. (Which Tony's response was "Men don't vacuum"). Apparently we were just picky and dumb to think that the carpet on the stairs should all be tight and attached. Honestly the things that have come out of his mouth have left us lost for words.
You can buy the same carpets anywhere else so suggest you skip this place and look for someone that actually wants your business.

Awful customer service. I called asking for an email address so I can send through some ideas/establish some correspondence. Refused to provide their email address and were very rude and condescending over the phone. If you want advice re: carpets, avoid this company completely.
