I engaged the services of Legal Home Loans in May; it's now August and I have received no response as to my application.

I (and my business partner) have spent hours compiling all requested documentation.

Initially, I was told to expect ten days for a response. It's been almost three months, I was told repeatedly to expect an outcome by a particular date; that date would pass - nothing.

I have had to prod them repeatedly for communication. I have copied the Director into my correspondences, to which I have received no response and zero ownership for this matter.

This has been as massive waste of my time and putting any faith in these used car salesmen has left me in a very precarious position regarding my family's housing.

Go elsewhere. Seriously.
