As a mindfulness teacher, I loved working with Leftfield on their Corporate Wellness program.
Nigel and Nick were so easy to work with; I was super impressed with both their professionalism and passion for what they do. From a teaching perspective, it was immensely satisfying to see staff benefiting from the Wellness program with a reduction in stress levels and a more positive attitude in their workplace.

My HR manager engaged Leftfield Corporate Wellness to run an office wellbeing program. I have always understood that happy and healthy staff are productive workers and Leftfield were perfectly poised to deliver that for us.

We ran an initial 12-week program across the whole company, whereby Leftfield trialed various group fitness, nutrition and meditation/mindfulness sessions. Each had their own unique benefits and it was really interesting for me to see the way staff responded to each session.

What we really liked about Leftfield was their strategic approach to the course structure - there's a real science behind it. They had a bespoke approach to corporate wellness, which is important to a modern, non-corporate advertising agency. Leftfield also provided me explicit data on the effectiveness of our wellbeing program and the return on investment has exceeded the cost. Right now we are discussing how best to optimise the program and continue running.

After a busy Winter I could see our staff were tired, stressed and losing passion for the cause. After looking at many options to increase productivity and morale in the office, we decided Leftfield's bespoke approach to corporate wellness was the best fit for us. Leftfield recommended a 12-week 'pilot' program. They carefully put together a program especially for us, which was about taking the team on a journey. We were absolutely blown away from the start by their engagement with us and passion to make sure this was perfectly suited to Signgroup. There was no coojie cutter approach, we felt they truly got us, our issues and culture.

My team were interested in lunchtime group fitness sessions and Yoga, which they delivered expertly. They recommended we take a holistic approach covering nutrition and stress relief as well, to bring the program full circle. To my surprise the staff really resonated with thei practical approach to meditation and mindfulness. I saw an immediate calm and instant stress relief with these sessions.

Since the completion of the 12-weeks we've continued running 1 fitness and 1 meditation class a week. Its the perfect fit for us and the increases in productivity, combined with the reduction in stress; shows me we enjoy a strong return on the investment.
