Absolute waste of money.

Asked for a full body oil massage and the therapist didn’t listen at all. She spent 20 minutes prodding me through a towel, then finally used oil and only massaged my back for the rest of the time. When I proceeded to ask “what about my legs” she said times up and tried to tell me she had massaged my legs. I then complained to the front counter and she lied again claiming she had. They gave me a $10 discount, which still meant the massage cost $85 for only my back.

Would not recommend going.

Have been coming here for a while. But lately it’s really gone down hill. I come to get a foot massage, and the last time I specifically asked for my heels to be done, but the man didn’t even touch my heels, not once. No exaggeration. I told the man at the front desk, and he waived the fee which was good of him. So this time I thought, I’d give them another try. This time, the woman massaging me was literally falling asleep! I asked her if she was ok, she said yes, but throughout the massage she kept nodding off! I couldn’t believe it. I felt so awkward. I think this will be my last visit. So disappointing.

It says on their banner that acupuncture is eligible for rebates but when I got there after I booked they told me that “doctor” doesn’t do rebates

1st and last time. Massage way too hard and didn't listen when letting her know. So much pain afterwards. Won't be going back

Lee massage acupuncture is the best one, I have lower back pain. The staff help me a lot. Alex is so great staff.

I see Amy every Saturday, my appointments are booked months ahead. She gives excellent massages, happy and kind. My posture, rounded shoulders, back pains have improved tremendously. Everyone are friendly, hard-working, smiling and waving as you walking by, clean and relaxing atmosphere.thank you, appreciate you all

This is always a great place to be, for massage or facial. My therapist is Sara, who is a professional and always has a welcoming smile everytime I come in for my monthly appointment.
I highly recommend to everyone for beauty therapy.

just left a one hour massage half an hour early. The woman massaging me was asked repeatedly to be more gentle. Then she pressed her fingers so deep into my ears fast and repeated this.
I have a massage a fortnight and have never experienced something so invasive and crazy.

She pinched up and down my arm with so much force.

I sat up and told her to leave the room so I could change immediately

Worst massage I have ever had. Please please do not come here. My left ear is bleeding and I am on my way to my GP.

The masseuse I had didn't know what massage I had booked and blamed it on the receptionist, also I booked for Sunday and received a phone call on Saturday afternoon asking where I was?

Omg. Have been getting massage every week for 3years but I definitely can say today 30mins massage was the best of all. On the way to royale national park, I stopped south gate shopping centre and got 30mins massage from Amy. She is super delicate and very professional. I will seriously consider coming back again although I live 1hour away from here. Thanks Amy!

Massages are hit and miss depending on the person. Really dislike the cheap gloves for foot massages, it's like having a plastic bag give you a massage!

Absolutely love coming here it's quiet their professional and it's so relaxing staff are amazing very thankful everytime.

Use to be a great massage shop years ago and has gone downhill massively.

My 5 year old could give a better massage than 90% of the staff here. There is one gentleman who is amazing however the majority just try to pass the time with light basic massage and the same movements for the whole time.

I made the mistake of buying my husband a $160 voucher for Father’s Day who is usually one to never complain and he said it was the worst massage ever and a complete waste of time.

Not only that, you are treated like a peasant if your are using a health fund and on some instances they have pretended that their eftpos machine is broken and will make you go and line up at the ATM to get cash out.

I always leave feeling ten times better than when I arrived. A great place to recharge or meet up with a friend to have a foot massage and a soothing cup of tea. The staff are friendly and very skilled.

Really good massage. Never disappoint when I need remedial massage. Professional and very clean place.

Horrible place, full of rude counter staff. Feel sorry for staff they are pushed and clients rushed. Not enjoyable due to pressures.
My mother had massage once and was bruised badly. They change staff so often. There are many better places local to go for a professional massage without stress.

The worst massage in my life. The man I got was so rough against my spine rocking towards my spine all over my back. It left me in more pain than before. Don't think he knew what he was doing at all! The only reason why I am giving him 1 star is because I don't have the option to go any lower. Not going back for sure.

Management recommends to patients type of therapy based on which therapist is available at the time (so that they are filled up as much as possible) and without even consultation with the patient or examination
