Loved it clean and professional. Ask for Oscar applied the right amount of pressure and asked if I was okay with it. My knots r gone felt like relaxed jello afterwards. But be warned hot rocks are quite HOT.

This is by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady was so rough with me, had rough callous which was scratching me, technique did not get any of my knots and basically scratched my head on top of a pillow which was so noisy. I asked her to move onto something else so she did my legs which was basically just rubbing, there was no technique involved. When I was asked to turn around, she also didn’t cover my eyes like most places do. I was agitated the whole session. I should’ve walked out. Do not recommend at all.

We always go here for our foot massages =)! Always relaxing after a long day. Glad to have a local massage place! The receptionist is always super lovely! Definitely recommend to try the foot massage!

30mins neck/ shoulder/back and 30mins foot reflexology have always been my choice. I tried many staffs and have to say that they do a good job. You can even ask the reception for a cup of hot tea…Nice staff, Nice place️

We for a remedy massage. The staff were very unprofessional. I felt like the massage was a very bad and the staff should get proper training about how give massage. In between they kept on opening my door and kept on talking to the other staff I felt very uncomfortable. It was an awful experience that I don't want anyone else to feel. Went with very excitement mind and came out with pain in my back and unpleasant experience.

I paid 40min of remedial massage that was more painful than good. She massaged me so fast, rubbing my back and neck rough and fast. She was running her knuckles across my spine.and I had to constantly tell her to massage elsewhere and how to do it. I had to say softer many many times.it was really not my cup of tea. And then when she gets tired, she just rubs her palm over my back continuously.she must've done that for altogether 15min. I'm not the type to ask for my money back, but I will definitely not go there again. A massage is suppose to be relaxing and slow, not fast and painful - massaging my spine and shoulder blades. Extremely a painful experience in which I won't be repeating.

In winter its so good to have heated massage tables, an also I have had the red light therapy lamp during acupuncture and massage.

Owen, Anna & Elizabeth are my first choice though all staff are skilled.

Great reflexology and the detox ionic footspa I get every now & then, you really notice the difference after with clearer skin, thoughts & more energy.

I see some people take the time for negative review as the massage wasn't firm enough, too hard, not able to communicate as english not clear etc.
I have never had a problem though I ask for what I want.

So why not ask the receptionist: "who has the best english or softest, hardest massage" etc as a lot of the bad review falls on you if dont enquire and communicate your needs.

It was such a relaxing and sophisticated place!
We both had the hot stones and deep tissue massage. Emily was absolutely amazing, she knew all the spots I had issues with on my back without even telling her! Truly gifted. Will definitely be back here every month!:)
Staff were also super friendly and patient!
Cleanliness was 10/10 could not fault a thing!

You often have a bad feeling when they ask you to pay upfront. I've had 2 massages here. First one a few months ago was ok so came back yesterday. Both my wife and I had horrible "remedial" massages. Seemed like no training. A lot of fast rubbing and no real massage of muscle, trigger points are anything. Won't be going here again sorry.

Excellent skilled therapists, nice modern, clean and relaxing environment. Had a beautiful 1 hour long massage. Highly recommend

Paid for remedial massage, quoted me $55 then said it’s $65. The massage itself was disappointing the lady just rubbed my back half the time and I had to ask her a few times to adjust pressure, she also has no customer service skills, was not easy to talk to. Disappointed

Great place to relax.
A place thats not afraid to give u a firm massage with pressure point finding to relieve you from sore neck or shoulder pain.

Would not go back. I walked in and asked for a one hour full body massage the cost was $80. I got on the bed and she just barley rubbed my neck and shoulders a little bit and then would not massage me just pressured me to get acupuncture instead I said 8 times I didn’t want acupuncture and she just would not take no for an answer. She would not stop asking and I knew it wasnt going to be relaxing anyway so I gave up telling her no thank you. If u get the acupuncture, prepared to have needles in and then be left alone for 45 mins. I feel ripped off.

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and also shared her amazing experience about her first visit. Just one visit, she can raise her stiff and sore arm. I tried the service in Nov. 2021. Now I am her frequent visitor. Great place, excellent skills and services.
