Pretty painful for a relaxation massage. Asked for head, neck and shoulder massage, got a neck and back massage instead. Terrible communication skills. Had to tell the guy to stop digging into the side of my rib cage.

I had a wonderful 1hr full body massage - highly recommend The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean and tidy.

I had booked an appointment take my self for a massage. When I got there I was a few minutes late because I was trying to look for a car park, but thought if they taken it out of my time I would be ok with that since I had booked for 40 minutes. However when I got there thebladt said she had tried to call 2 minutes ago and because I didn't answer she had to cancel my appointment. I was shocked, as I told her I was outside looking for a car spot as it was full. Then she proceeds to tell me I didn't reply 'Y' to thier message the day before to confirm my appointment which I had as can be seen in the photos attached. Then she told me they were short staffed and only had 1 person on site. So clearly looking like a liar the truth came out that they were short staffed and so had to cancel my appointment. Couldn't believe how they could just want to lose business like that and be soo rude or not even offer me a later time or a solution. She just said sorry cannot do you today.
I don't reccomend this business as even if you are 3 minutes late they will obviously cancel your appointment, and do not have to appropriate customer service to even care about your business.

I made a booking today and preferred a male masseuse. They said ok! I went there and a lady masseuse came in. I told them I want a male not a female. They said none available!
Very poor communication.

Just had a massage there, my first time at this place. The massage was ok, a bit painful, and hopefully I feel ok tomorrow and am not sore as I didn’t have any previous injuries, although the room I was in was freezing! I asked for the ac to be turned off, but instead was given an extra towel. I was so cold that my fingers became numb and I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy the massage. Most probably will not be returning.

One word, WOW. 5 stars does not do this massage place any justice. I have been here several times and I am always amazed at the professionalism of their staff. I always float out of their doors. This is a great gift idea for your loved ones or a great place to unwind. If you have any aches or pains, they will melt away.

Their price list is attached and is very reasonably price, especially if you have health cover that includes extras such as remedial massage.

I am missing my massage while closed due to covid 19. I miss Evan, and especially Manny. I hope you guys will be back very soon.

Went for a massage here yesterday and can hardly move today. I have bruises from where the girl massages my legs. At one point, I had to tell her that she was hurting and to stop going so hard but she didn’t ease up. Will never go back here again

Amazing Remedial massage this morning! Must of put some strain on my neck and shoulder at the gym.
I’m not sure of his name but I walked out with my neck and shoulder feeling amazing. Thank you.

My husband was a regular, he just came back
And said it was the worst massage ever. All they did was press and make his pain worse. They had no idea what they were doing. Looks like there must be new management here! Don’t waste your money!

Very disappoint. I suffered severe shooting pains down my back and arm and had to take Voltaren for 5 days to be able to sleep at night. Clearly the staff are not professional and no accountability was taken for my injury. I had no previous physical problems at all. Just wanted a special treat and boy did I get one!

Awesome service, Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
Have tried others but this one is the one for me.
