Leather Doctor NSW Central West reviews
8Repaired the seats in a second hand car I just bought, honestly made the car feel brand new! He also threw in a bottle of cleaner to keep it looking fresh. Great service too!
Why would someone not want a stain removed!? What else could they possibly want? What bizarre logic is spending money on 'keeping' a stain? Why touch this lounge at all, if the stain can't be removed by this company, leather doctor nsw? Now, this couch (after unnecessary 'cleaning') is extremely slippery, which is nothing short of constantly infuriating.and after this, 'cleaning' what can i now do? This is nothing but a unmitigated failure.above, is an addendum.where i have clarifyied again.the leather doctor, experience.with an edited addendum, to the review i posted and the subsequent reply.below, is my first review.a leather aniline, nubuck lounge had a disastrous recent puppy pee stain to be looked at.which had been cleaned at home with, 1 part vinegar, 3 parts filtered water, administered with a soaked, then squeezed chux cloth, blotting the stain and then letting dry.the outcome was nearly all the stain gone with a small outer line being visible but wanting it to be all completely gone. $170 later, with the leather dr's contribution.the remaining stain is still there plus no other changes to any other obvious stains, which were wanted to be removed as well.so the warning is.to be 'very' clear about what you want.because bizarrely what was done has, nothing, to do with stain removal, which is the 'only' thing needed to be done.the leather couch looks no different with all stains still there. "cleaning" the leather couch was absolutely not necessary, a useless and huge waste of money.be very clear with what you want done and what is said will be done.otherwise, unfortunately expect nothing but bewildering frustration with no successful outcome.all stains 100% remaining.
Our lounge had collapsed and was virtually unusable, we found Colin on Facebook and he travelled an hour to come and fix our lounge. He discovered that springs were broken and has fixed it better than new, it looks and feels amazing. We are so happy with his professional service, knowledge and attention to detail. Thanks very much Colin!
Col, The Leather Doctor was incredible. Can't speak highly enough. I thought our leather lounge was destined for replacement after being scratch by our dog. He was able to repair it and get it back looking brand new! Would highly recommend Col, The Leather Doctor for restoring or repairing anything leather, not just lounges! Car seats, leather jackets and even hand bags (for the ladies!)
Thanks again Col. We look forward to using you again for all our future leather maintenance/repair needs.
I had a problem with my car seats and Colin did an amazing job repairing them, they look brand new! Thank you for your professional and amazing service Colin!
I had a 40 year old Howe leather lounge suite which had a stain on the headrest from a gentleman wearing hair gel. After treatment and a respray, it's come back like new and ready to serve for another 40 years. I highly recommend the services of this company.
I cannot speak more highly of the job Col carried out on the worn leather seats in my car. It is a luxury car and I wanted a top quality job and that is exactly what I received. Col came quickly and on time as arranged which is a big plus these days. I also had him repair a hole in a vinyl seat in another car. It now looks like new. As well he remedied the saggy cushions on one of our lounge suites. All round a very successful visit. A+.
We were very impressed with Colin's knowledge of leather and the standard and quality of work was excellent. We were delighted how well our leather lounge was restored. Highly recommended.
