Leaf Café

Twice now the barista tried to give me the coffee from the shot glass that has been sitting around for 10 mins. When I ask for a fresh coffee he just puts my keep cup under a spent head. When I questioned him about this he just ignored me and handed me the coffee. So basically they stole two medium coffees from me. Very ordinary bacon and egg roll. The wait staff are about the only good thing here. Twice bitten…

Not impressed at all with this coffee shop. Coffee not good. Staff disinterested in serving customers. More interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. Ordered cappuccinos and got flat white coffee. Staff not really cared about incorrect order.

Always says they close at 5 pm on Monday - Friday, 4: 30 pm Saturday and 3 pm on their website but kitchen always close so early like 3 pm? Went there 3 times at around 3pm and I always get told the kitchen is closed. So disappointing and misleading, never coming back again

Had to ask them several times to clear the table from previous people. Only cafe near the community centre otherwise I'd go somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pennant Hills I am a good customer who goes to your cafe 7 days a week and buys a coffee and the kids milkshakes. Yesterday at 4 pm after the kitchen was closed the manager confronted my son about having some calamari while I enjoyed my coffee. I was very angry about it that I am taking my business down to the the other cafe in the complex because they are much friendlier and understand that kids get hungry after school.

I had the big breaky and brekkie wrap another day. Great food and coffee. Will go again when I have to put my car in for service.

Extremely quite with 2 seated customers.
I have no problem repeating the order to staff but when staff don't listen and forget a drink it's quite frustrating and it is infuriating. Almost shocking service today. Two staff members fighting and one not wanting to be there.

Please lift your game.

Decent food and coffee, place is pretty standard nothing note worthy food or drinks wise, but sometimes standard is a good thing.

Our first try at a Leaf Cafe. So good we had now found more in different areas. Good service food.

The best café in pennant hills. The people who work their are friendly the desert and the hot chocolate they make is so fresh.its a great place to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

The food and coffee is average. The seating area is terrible if you can't get one outdoor. With all shoppers moving and talking over your head when you are eating is not a good experience.

Got a take away order and they missed one out of two items so my friend and had to share.food is ok

Not a good experience. Ordered a flat white (first time here) and they didn't ask for my name. As I was waiting for my coffee they were calling other people up, by name. So I couldn't be sure which coffee was mine so I had to keep clarifying "is this one my coffee? ", they looked annoyed by my clarification. Writing down names should be standard practice. Barista sneezed many times into mask during making my coffee and didn't change his mask etc. During a pandemic it was especially off-putting.
Just dumped my coffee after receiving it.
Won't go here again

We love this cafe! They are so friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is absolutely delicious (try the zuccini and fetta fritters or big breakfast or anything really) and their coffee hits the spot! (Must try their mocha, they use real chocolate its amazing!). The staff are really lovely, my daughter and I have gotten to know them and they will always say hi and engage with my 1 year old, which she loves. The owner is always happy and smiling even when very busy. Just a bunch of lovely people! A great brekkie or lunch experience.

The cystomer service is very bad. They are seeing you and turning there back and make you wait to make an order. And its a big problem to swap the breads. Thats not how business to be done, like this so easy not to make any business. Competition is high nowdays- better to be more flexible.

Wow. Great coffee. I m from Melbourne and was on holiday for 2 weeks and found this place rendomly. Kept coming for the coffee run for week and now i missed this coffee. Defenitely coming back next time in sydney.

I was order bacon & eggs with coffee. The eggs were overcooked, so it was dry. There were so many BBQ sauce in the bread that my tongue ached. It's too sweet.

Food: Food was warm when served and prices are mostly reasonable. Pleased to see many vegetarian options. Wish this cafe was more allergy friendly as one family member had an allergic reaction after eating a vegan burger with no mayo (most likely the bread contained milk?). The extras (mushrooms, avocado) cost $4 - very overpriced.

Customer Service: Wish staff was more aware of what ingredients are in each dish. Also would be great for staff to be trained in how to deal with food allergy situations. However, happy with the fast service.

Restaurant: Decor is nice. Lots of seating available.

The BLAT and Big brekkie are both amazing! The Big Brekkie comes with a huge serving of avo and I would recommend going for the scrambled eggs. The cappuccino was good but the cold coffee was average. That, along with an unfriendly barista, means a star gets docked! Overall, would definitely recommend this place for brekkie
