My husband, myself and now my mum have been using Beresh Optometrist for many years. They provide exceptional service. Elvira is wonderful, so caring, going above and beyond. Laurie is amazing and has helped my 82 year old mum when an ophthalmologist could not. He also provided a very good recommendation when she needed eye surgery. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

This a really lovely family run business that knows all of its customers by name. Nothing is too much trouble and over the years they have helped me with every little thing.restraighened my frames, replaced a screw and once even showed my daughter how to insert coloured contacts (that we bought somewhere else), with a smile and free of charge

Excellent customer service Elvira and the team are exceptional great products knowledge and most importantly great patience with every customer. Elvira has a brilliant eye and is great at finding beautiful frames. My family and I have been customers of this beautiful store since 1996. Beware of Dr Laurie Beresh. After I read the bottom line with each eye correctly without any glasses, I received -2.5 left eye prescription. The more blind people, the merrier.

Laurie and Elvira go the extra mile for their customers. You will not get the care or service at a mainstream optical centre! Highly recommended.
