Gorgeous as always love coming here. Great coffee and pastries and everyone is always welcome (bienvenue). Staff so friendly

The Kitchen was so incredibly noisy. Pots, Crockery and Cutlery, the clatter was unbelievable, washing these items. We complained but didn’t stop. The food was tasty, sadly won’t be returning.

Great location! At first we couldn’t find the bay view location, but discover that it right behind the building. Also it’s pet friendly.

Always a beautiful place for a coffee or meal overlooking Pittwater and the marina. Very pleasant.

The name Le Bayview indicates French influence. We attended for lunch on Father’s Day. We ordered French soup and Barramundi with chips. I don’t think the fish was barramundi it was thin and overcooked the French onion soup was definitely not French. We will never return, we had to ask for cutlery and the place was not busy at all. The price was over the top and not worth it. The place looks dirty.the experience was awful. Apart from the location it holds no other positives.

Great views, amazing food and friendly staff. We had the mushroom croquettes and beef bourguignon pie for lunch and topped it up with a nutella crepe for dessert. So yum! We have also tried the croissants and muffins and they are all very good. This is our new favourite place!

Barramundi with Wild Rice and Kale
One of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
Staff were lovely

So disappointed, I used to love this place. I’m not sure if the chef or management has changed.

Went the Le Bayview Cafe one sunny Sunday to find it not too busy. Great location by the water with a grasses area out back for dogs or kids to run around. Food was tasty although the crab and prawn pasta is no longer on the menu. The beef pie and salad were simple but very delicious. Pie filling was very yummy. Crepes were also very authentic and not overly sweet.

I’ve been to Lebayview a few times now, I came last week to get some fresh baguettes and croissants but when I got home my baguette was very hard and dry like it was 2 days old. I couldn’t eat it, it went straight to the bin with my money. This will be the last time I visit Lebayview

Shame as this place is a great location. Food is good. I know short staffing can be hard. But 50 mins to wait for food for breakfast, and 30 mins for coffee. Just not good enough.

I had been to this place before for coffee, loved it there and thus went there again last weekend.
And here are the summary of my experience.
- Awesome water view!
- Great customer service!
Although we waited one hour to get our dishes on the table, we still felt pleasant because the staff were friendly. We could feel that the staff were trying their best to make customers happy even though they were under staff and busy.
- Fish and chips.though.was a disappointment. Fish was too dry that its texture was like a jerky. $24 wasn't worth it.
- Overall, it was wonderful.

These are trying times with new staff at most eateries, so we get that it can be hard to get everything right. Went for breakfast this morning. Asked for a side of bacon on mine, haloumi on the wife's bacon benedict. Wife's came with no bacon and the haloumi subbed instead - perhaps a misinterpretation. Mine had no side at all. I did ask the server to repeat the order back to me as masks make communication difficult, and the order was correct. No idea what I paid for as there is no POS terminal, just a tap-to-pay module. It was so hectic that we just ate what we got and left. The food was great but attention to detail is important.

A good cafe for breakfast but watch out getting stung for lunch. Expensive drinks, especially the wine, no BYO, and average food

They charged me $8.20 for a bottle of Fiji water…

Considering I can't seem to reply to the below reply. I bought 3 things. Both the smoothie and lemon tart had price tags on them. The total I paid was $18.70

-Smoothie -$8
-lemon tart -$2.50
-Water
