We have had a lovely experience buying my Mums recliner at Layback Living. From the moment we walked in the door we were presented with a friendly face. Sue showed us all the recliners and mum fell in love with one and picked her choice of material and colour.
We had follow up emails and texted advising us on how long the lounge would take. We had a courtesy recliner as it was a long delivery and there was a delay because of Covid 19. But they always kept us updated.
We received the recliner on Wednesday and again layback living had fantastic staff who delivered the recliner. They put it together and showed us how to work it, and then we out of their way and moved the old one for us to another room. I could not recommend Layback Living any higher.

We ordered our furniture in December as we knew there was a 4 month wait. However due to Covid and the furniture being made in China there was delay in delivery until this month. The staff text regularly to keep us up to date with what was happening. The furniture is now here - looks great and is comfortable - well worth the wait. Thanks very much to the whole team who were friendly and helpful and keep us informed. We would definitely recommend Layback Living

My parents recently purchased two lift recliners from Layback Living and are very happy with their purchase. The friendly staff were exceptionally helpful in assisting my parents to decide which recliner would suit them best. They were very accommodating when we wanted to change from the original style after having paid our deposit. We found them to be the most competitively priced with great after sale service.

I love to shop with full gutso! I'll have this and this and that will go with it all! So I thought the poor staff afterwords must thought what was that! Sold sealed and done in a flash! Both staff members were very helpful! They were great very friendly! I Enjoyed the shopping experience!
