I dropped off a Camilla dress back in March. I forgot about it, went overseas, came back, had a heart attack (literally), did rehab and only THEN remembered to pick it up 6 months later. I wasn't expecting it to be there as has happened with other dry cleaners. After 3 months another dry cleaner supposedly 'disposes' of the items. I went to Maryam with hope, and with a big smile she picked out my dress and said 'how can I throw such a beautiful dress'. I was so delighted I literally hugged her over the counter. My heart beams a little when I see her.

Very good experience. My coat is tricky to clean (requires hydrocarbon cleaner & pretty soiled sleeve’s & collar) they did amazing job removed the dirty spot. Will definitely return to your business!

Took a lovely bone coloured coat to be dry cleaned after it was in storage for a couple of years with some marks on it. It had some faux leather detailing which when dry cleaned just started peeling off with age. Mariam let me know what happened and offered to attempt to fix it free of charge despite it being an old jacket and obviously age just starting to get to it. She replaced the peeling part with a beautiful fabric and now it looks better than the original! Could not be happier with the service and clean and Mariam in particular for going above and beyond

Mariam was so helpful with same day service for me as I came from regional NSW to Lane Cove for the day. She also noticed a button was missing from my jacket and sewed a similar one on for me. You couldn’t tell the difference, it looked like new. I really appreciate old fashioned customer service. Thank you Mariam.

Avoid at all costs. Lane Cove branch lost a Max Mara $2000 evening dress I gave in for dry cleaning, only returning the undergarment and claiming “this is the dress” even when shown the photo of the actual dress. Completely unprofessional response and attitude from staff member. No apology or offer to look for the dress in the cleaning facility. Claimed that I don’t know what my dress looks like instead. Plenty of other dry cleaners in the area - go with them.

Friendly efficient dry cleaning service I have used on a number of occasions for clothing repairs and cleaning (especially for mould stains on suits and jackets). Pricing is generally in line with local competitors, and Red Box pickup makes collection convenient.

Mariam is amazing! We have been using this service for many years and today was just another example of her attention to detail. Mariam was able to locate my jacket within minutes, which previously could not be found even after a year. Service is always with a smile. Thank you Mariam.

Picked up the suit after dry clean. It was full of hot ironing marks which changed the color consistency of the suit. The stitching for a repair was also very poorly done. Will change dry cleaning services to alternative one nearby.

After cleaning and some repairs to various items Mariam sewed an additional button onto some pants for me for free out of kindness. Also the after hours red box is very handy

I had my queen size woollen doona washed by Mariam. Cleaning instructions were dry clean only, however I feel washing is cleaner and fresher, so I risked it and chose the wash. It went in yellow stained, and Marian washed it a couple of times to ensure it was white as white, and no damage. Fabulous job Mariam, very happy customer, thank you.

Today we required emergency dry cleaning for a funeral tomorrow. We approached the wonderful Mariam at Lawrence Dry Cleaners Lane Cove to see if she could have a suit dry cleaned within a day. And wow we were blown away by the fantastic response. Mariam had the suit dry cleaned and back to us within hours. Well done Mariam and many thanks for a wonderful service.

Mariam saved the day. The top layer of my new hand wash only dress shrunk to reveal the lining. We discussed the options to save the dress 1) give it a steam press and if that didn’t work 2) take up the lining to meet the new length all of which calmed me down. A few days later my dress was back to good as new. Very happy.

I dropped my son’s woollen school blazer and pants in on Friday and asked if I could pick them up Sunday afternoon. The staff member said they close at 2pm but I could use their 24/7 locker to collect them whenever I like.

When I went to collect them, the screen was blank. I pressed the screen several times but to no avail.

I searched online for a phone number to call but there was no-one to call outside of regular business hours. I arrived at 7: 20am this morning (Monday) in the hopes that I could get them and still get to the school bus on time but there was a sign on the door saying they don’t open until 8am!

I called their number in the hopes someone was in the back somewhere and thankfully, someone picked up. She gave me my clothes and did apologise. However, the embroidered emblem on the blazer was faded, the blazer itself was half the thickness it had been and we missed the bus so I had to drive him all the way to school (over 1 hour return trip) and therefore got to work late!

I won’t use them again and suggest no-one trust the red locker for clothes that you need at a certain time.

They cleaned my shoes and bag (they are expensive brand) and I was so happy with results and friendly lady her name is Mariam.
They look like a brand new and strongly recommended this laundry service!
