Lawrence Dry Cleaners Castle Hill

Had sent 2 dress shirts to get fitted on Monday and was promised to be done by Friday. Came Friday at the castle Hill store after work which is about a 15 minute drive just to find out that they weren't done. They could have atleast notified me that they weren't finished so I wouldn't have to get out of my way to check.
Wished they had better customer communication.

Would Highly recommend sending your wedding gown to Lawrence Dry Cleaners in Castle Towers

The gown was very dirty on the bottom with some general stains from wear but it now looks brand new
They are an affordable option having previously received quotes elsewhere and I felt that the dress was in safe hands.
The team were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions on how to store and maintain the gown
We will be using them for all future dry cleaning services

I am pleased with cleaning of my daughter's wedding dress. The dress was a long one and wedding ceremony on the grass. It was pretty dirty afterwards. Now is spotless and can be worn by another happy girl. The person who served us was Mina. She was very professional and helpful. I am very happy to recommend this business to anyone.

I can't recommend this wedding dress cleaning service enough! They did an amazing job with my dress and I couldn't be happier. The staff were super friendly and made the whole process really easy. They even gave me some great tips on how to preserve my dress after cleaning. When I got my dress back, it looked stunning - they had removed every stain and mark, and it looked like new again! The attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell that they really cared about making sure my dress was treated with care. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely disappointed with the dry cleaning service and customer service of Lawrence Castle Hill. I had my LV scarf dry cleaned due to coffee stains, it’s a brand new scarf, I took it to this dry cleaning company straight away, cut the story short, the scarf is completely destroyed. The staff was very unreasonable, said nothing wrong with it, they have to get rid of the stain, it is normal look like this. I have asked their manger to contact me, 7 months later, no call or any communication received. I have been to the shop many times, the front lady said that she can’t do anything, she is only working here! It’s so frustrating as I have a very busy life, don’t have time to make complaints. I have damaged scarf pictures to proof my point.
This company just don’t care about customer service at all, still waiting for solutions since August last year, still waiting for the company to call me back.

Mina advised me patiently and professionally when I dropped my dress and she tried to do her best for removing those heavy dirts and stains on it.
She redone my dress twice to deliver me a complete clean dress like its brand new one and a complementary boxing to keep my dress in a the good condition.

Went to Lawrence at Castle Hill to have my wedding dress dry cleaned. The dress was cleaned and brand new. No stains. They even offered free boxing. Will recommend.

I was hoping to have a suit dry cleaned for my husband, the first time I went I was left standing at the counter and the second time I was assisted but with a very cold, harsh and condescending tone. No ounce of customer service, not even a smile. There are better dry cleaners for much more reasonable prices, don't waste your money here.

We had our Bride and Bridesmaids gowns steamed, as well as my Wedding Dress and my Husband's wedding suit professionally cleaned here. They did a fantastic job, the staff are lovely and the prices were good value. I strongly recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs!

I recently bought some shirts online which shipped from the US but unfortunately the sleeves had an odd fit. Mina was able to alter the shirts and now they fit perfectly Good job done quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.

No next day dry cleaning service. This is just a drop off & pick up kiosk, dry cleaning not done on site which is not good being the only dry cleaners in such a large centre.
