Slow to respond, takes almost a week to obtain a quote and requires MANY follow ups to book in.

Edit: despite being “closed”, they promised to book us in and provide us a quote within 2 days. We needed an urgent lawn mow and ended up going with someone else as they we needed to constantly follow up for them to respond. It’s fine to be closed for the holidays, but don’t lie to your customers and waste their time.

Lawncraft have been looking after my front yard for some time now. The communication was terrific, I always had notification when my yard was scheduled to be cut and it was easy to change or cancel. My yard always looked great. Highly recommend.

The Lawncraft team are absolutely who you need for yard work. The team were up against it with a jungle to subdue and steep access. Seeing the results lead me to take them on for on going yard maintenance at my sisters place.
