I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the multiple staff members that served me today. The empathy and keen desire to help me was exactly what I needed after a very deflating interaction with a GP. I received the answers and practical advice that I needed. They will definitely be my first choice go-to pharmacy in the future.

I cannot say how much I appreciate this being in Dee Why. This is a store we have needed for SO long in this area. So many amazing gluten free options, they stock MILK LAB! Wonderful supplement options and all things healthy related from juices through to snacks and even Golden Pig Co dumplings! This is just my small haul today but can’t wait to go back for more goodies - super helpful staff too.

Excellent service and happy friendly staff and management. Always pay attention to the detail so I know I can trust them with my medications.

Congratulations Justin on the new store, it looks fantastic. I cannot recommend this pharmacy more highly, it has been my pharmacy for many years and the staff and service are second to none. This business beats the discount chemists hands down!

Excellent pharmacy. A real hidden gem in Dee Why. I go here every month for my prescriptions and appreciate the fast, friendly professional service. The pharmacist is so kind and gives great advice, the staff are happy and attentive. I won’t go anywhere else. Chemist warehouse a few streets over needs to take a page out of their book. Abhorrent price gouging - try go in and ask for a pack of generic codeine and ibuprofen. They tried to charge me $14.95 it's literally $7-8 anywhere else, these guys are assholes.

Very expensive. 300% more than other suppliers was my experience just this afternoon (3/2/17). You will need to give more than $1 gift voucher for use at a not to be repeated next visit. I had no idea prior an will not use them again. Your smile, as great as it is, is not worth the extra $20!

I have been to this pharmacy couple of times and I should say that the pharmacists have excellent customer service skills. I have been served by a pharmacist who was very polite, courteous and friendly and also advised of the medication. Infact I went to the pharmacy 2nd time because of the pharmacists excellent customer skills.

The girls at the cash desk could do with few lessons from the pharmacists in relation to the customer service skills. A smile while taking the payment would be good.

I went to the store to purchase medicine 3 times in separate occasions and I've never been served. I've stood there for a good ten minutes and the staff tottaly ignored me.
Don't go there. You won't get served. Staff are poor educated in customer service.
Better to go to Chemist Warehouse across the road. Is a lot cheaper and a lot better.
