I ordered flowers & a balloon (additional $15) for delivery to my daughter, the flowers arrived but no balloon. 3 emails sent, surprisingly no reply. I then had to phone to get sorted. I'm interstate & the only reason I know that the balloon wasn't included is that my daughter video called me, to thank me for flowers. My advice, if interstate, would be to check if delivery is in fact correct as you ordered it.

Maria and her team are wonderful and helpful, I live on the Gold Coast and Lavish is my go-to florist shop to send flowers to my family in New Castle. Not only do I feel great for making my loved ones day with warm fuzzy feelings of fresh flowers but I know I'm supporting a real local small business and that's the gift that keeps on giving.

Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement you made and delivered to my Mum in hospital. I was stuck in Melbourne during this pandemic, getting ready to drive up to see her. The flowers and hand written note delivered to her room on Sunday morning were bright and gorgeous and brought such a smile to Mum's face! They were delivered so quickly, which really meant a lot as her condition was deteriorating fast and it could be there to let her know I'm present in spirit while I was making my way. I lost her just a couple of days later. Thank you for bringing another moment of joy to my Mum in our time of need. It made all the difference.
