Lash & Mi

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a beauty salon. Mimi is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. I got a keratine lash lift and tint. I had never had my eyelashes done before, so Mimi took a lot of time to explain the process and all the different options available. As she did my lashes, she explained what she was doing so there were no surprises. She also has thought of so many little details that make her customers’ experience better: for example, I was wearing contact lenses and she had contact lense cases and solution available for me to take them out. I am very happy with the results and will be back. It was clear every step of the way that she is passionate about lashes and her customers!

Mimi is both technically knowledgeable as a lash artist, and is very gentle and accurate when applying lash extensions.

The end results are so pretty, and of highest quality. There will be no allergies or lash poking your eye afterwards.

Her salon is one of the cutest and fanciest, not to mention cleanest, that I have ever visited in Sydney.

The service and experience is sooo relaxing as well, that it feels like you are at a spa.

Mimi is the absolute best! Not only is she incredibly professional, her work is flawless. I got a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow wax, tint and laminate.

She keeps you involved in the whole process and provides her professional advice when asked for on what will look best.

Mimi is the BEST! She gave the best lash lift I've ever had. It lasted more than 3 months and held its shape until the end, I had to come back again because of how good it was! I would give more stars if I could! I had a lash lift and tint done by Mimi, it was the day before my birthday and I hadn’t had one done in years. Mimi spoke me through everything she was doing, she listened to exactly what I wanted, she was so careful to minimise the chance of a skin reaction, she took so much time to answer questions and go through after care. Her salon is clean and calming. She didn’t rush and she used quality ingredients and techniques. I got exactly what I wanted and I’ll never go anywhere else. Worth everything she charges and more! I had been getting eyelash extensions for four years from a reputable place. All of a sudden my eyelids/skin decided it was badly allergic to them: (I was so sad, until I happened to be having a coffee with a friend at Ratio and started chatting to the owner of the lash salon inside. She helped me to try a few lash extensions with her glue (carbon black free) to see if that was the ingredient I was allergic to. Unfortunately it wasn't that, but instead the main ingredient in lash adhesive meaning I can never get lash extensions again. She kindly took them off for me the next day. When I enquired about lash lift, she said I could do patch testing and we tried it. I tried a lash lift for the first time and the results were amazing! I was so happy and finally felt pretty again after months of not being able to get lash extensions <3 I only need to get it every 8 weeks or so. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and kindness throughout!

This is one of the best places you can go to if you have sensitive eyes! I have had my eyelash extensions last 4 weeks (and I could have gone longer without an infill, as it still looked good!) whereas other places I've been to would last around 2 weeks. Mimi is very lovely and will take the time to explain the process and products she uses for eyelash extensions. I highly recommend going to Lash & Mi, you won't be disappointed!

I'm taking a break from eyelash infills so went to Lash & Mi for her Lash Lift + Lami Brows combo and just WOW! Mimi did such an amazing job on my lashes and brows.
She was very informative throughout the whole process, explaining each step and its importance. She also uses high quality products so I didn't experience any irritation.
My lashes look so good (with and without mascara) and brows take little to no time to do!
I'm so glad I went to her because the results were incredible and obviously I will be going back! Haha! X

The best lash lift in Sydney! There was no sting or sticky bits from glue due to the quality of products used and the lift lasted almost 8 weeks. Mimi makes the effort to explain each step so there are no surprises. As I moved interstate, I’m sad to be leaving her.

Mimi was so lovely and did a perfect and careful job doing my eyebrows. The space was so relaxing. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
