Laseraid

Very unprofessional company, i suggest not to get tied up with this company for any service contracts, my machine has stopped working since two days and there team has not given me any answers yet. The business has stopped and i have no clue what to do until they come up with answer. I have 3 years of service contract with them.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Laseraid. Steph has bent over backwards to make things work properly in our clinic, and they have been absolutely amazing with servicing our devices if anything goes wrong. Training with Steph and Hiba is absolutely amazing they are extremely knowledgeable with each device. I highly recommend going through laseriad for any new devices you are looking at bringing into your clinic.

Had the lovely Hiba from Laseraid come into my clinic today and train on me Vascular Lesions and she was absolutely the kindest and most patient person you could work with. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and couldn’t have asked for a better trainer today. Hiba thank you again:)

BE AWARE. LaserAid ENSURED the pads being sold were compatible with our device - our machine faulted which we had to refund 2 clients & pay for servicing only to find out the SOLD PADS were the cause of the machine fault. We contacted LaserAid in regards to this siutation & asked to return the UNOPEN pads for a REFUND - LaserAid staff ensured someone will call us in regards to the refund. Days went past & no contact - we contacted the QLD office mutiple times via phone & email with no answer OR response. Finally a week later we contacted the Manager Katherine who recieted the disclaimer on the website prevents the refund - we were unable to find this disclaimer. Your staff ensured this product was compatiable with our device - we spent thousands to 'repair' our device when YOUR product was the fault! Very unprofessional and unethical. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY
