Laser Plus Clinics

A month ago I had a facial and extraction with Queenie, today I went again for a second time. Both times she was attentive and took the time to explain what she was doing, she was very professional and would definitely go again. Although she mentioned certain products that would be good for my skin she didn’t give me any pressure to buy anything, she also took the time to explain what different product ingredients can do to cater for my specific skin concerns. My face felt very hydrated and plump after the first facial session. I enjoy how she takes the time to do my treatments and isn’t rushed at all. The clinic is clean and I could see she washed her hands before and after treatments which is great to see good hygiene is practiced! Overall a lovely and positive experience

I already had 2 Full Body Laser Hair Removal sessions with Cathy. She is truly the best. Very caring. I felt super comfortable and safe with her. She explains everything and always makes sure that it doesn’t hurt me.

I had laser pigmentation two times with them. I do like the treatment. Impressive! I could see the difference just after 2 weeks of my treatment. Compared to other clinics, they actually give the best result so far!

The only thing I would like to highlight is the standard of procedure. My first treatment was amazing. Whoever did my treatment, she knows what she does. She did the step by step and very detailed. She was knowledgeable and experienced.

Unfortunately, my second was a bit let down. It seems like she is new to the industry and doesn't have enough experience or maybe still learning. She looked nervous and confused.
She didn't clean the face before the treatment, forgot to get an ice pack to cool my face (I had to remind her), only did half face while I asked for full face and some spot wasn't lasered and some spot got too much laser than it needs to be (I have done laser pigmentation treatment for 5 years now, I know what to expect). After the treatment, she didn't apply sunscreen to me. I think it's standard for most skin clinics to apply sunscreen after treatment. (Even if this is not part of the service from the clinic, I only compare based on my first and second treatments experience).

it would have been better if all the aestheticians in this clinic were equipped with the clinic SOP for each treatment or if someone is new, she can be supervised by the manager.

I was so fortunate that my first experience of laser hair removal was here! Mary is incredible - she is so meticulous and methodical, she works so hard and is so customer focused to ensure you as the client receive the absolute best result, tailored to your skin and hair type. By contrast, I’ve heard from peers that when they got laser hair removal it was so quick and rushed; in and out, and ultimately requiring more sessions (so not effective). Here is the complete opposite - Mary is so comprehensive, conscientious and caring and delivers amazing results. Could not recommend her more highly. She takes such pride in what she does and will ensure you receive the highest quality service.

I had a hydra facial with Betty, which was very relaxing and noticed an instant improvement in skin. Mary was very friendly and offered advice on skin care tips. Both ladies were very professional, I will definitely be going back on my next visit to Wooli Creek

Im doing Brazilian laser and take a 10 times package in laser plus clinic, and i recommended this clinic because it is really good and they are really friendly, im doing mu treatment with Ruby, she is very friendly and thorough, she make sure everything is perfect.besides she is also talkative which makes us not feel awkward in the treatment. Besides that, i already can see the result within 4 to 5 times treatment which is better than any other laser clinic that i've tried. They also make sure about the appointment by giving a message every time we book an appointment.it is really worth it to do laser in this clinic

Mary is incredible at her role; I have been to clinics all over the world and noone has compared to her standards. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of their treatments. She takes time to make sure the settings are perfect for you and your pain threshold so there is little discomfort, but you still get amazing results. The sessions are not rushed and she is very thorough with her work and will advise to come every 6 weeks rather than 4 due to the length of the hair cycle so you will save money too! The clinic and Mary have exceptionally high cleaning standards and make you feel very comfortable, I couldn't recommend them both enough!
