I have utilised this company previously and had exceptional service- particularly from the owners. As a result of this we utilised the service again to get our taps re-located in our laundry. The job was done to an okay standard (massive hole left in the wall for us to fix & pay for) by the tradesman but unfortunately my experiences with the Service and Maintenance Administrator of the company was less than desirable when questioning the amount we had been charged on the invoice differing to our initial conversations with the service. I unwillingly paid the invoice in full to pursue investigations/complaints through the Department of Fair Trading after being told: " As failure of payment will leave us no alternative than to pursue the invoiced amount through a statement of claim". The service from this worker was unpleasant and invalidating. I unfortunately will be looking elsewhere for plumbing services in the future & would highly recommend this service improves its customer service experience & transparency around ALL costs with customers- e.g. Being charged ($110) hourly rates for tradesman to attend a hardwear store for parts & the travel time to get to our house from previous job which could be at any undisclosed location across the operating areas in the Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast regions. I held off in reviewing my experience in hope of hearing from the owners.
Mitch from Laser Plumbing came to our rescue with short notice on a rainy Monday morning which we appreciated. He got straight into it and unblocked a blocked pipe with a range of his company's equipment, showing us proof of the blockages with his camera. He was professional and worked quickly with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!
