I started seeing Lisa approximately 8 months ago, and it was the best decision I ever made for my skin. I’ve had multiple Hydrafacials, peels and laser hair removal. Every treatment has been carefully curated, accompanied by quality products, and performed in a beautifully clean and relaxing space. Lisa’s valuable advice has prompted me to invest more time in my skin routine at home, and it’s never looked better. I love that Lisa also stocks (but never pushes) quality products and is happy to work with clients to tailor a skin program to their specific needs. Highly recommend!

I was referred here by a friend for laser hair removal and was uncertain at first because it was a lot further away than the places I found in the city. Lisa made the experience very pleasant, she explained the entire process and how long it will take. So I wasn't going into the hair removal unaware.

During the procedure, you can tell that Lisa has years of experience under her belt. She would warn me when there might be an uncomfortable part coming up, just so I can prepare. However, she was quick, thorough and honestly didn't hurt as bad as the horror stories I've heard about Laser hair removal.

If you are looking for a highly professional Laser hair removal service, this place is worth the trip. Especially when you are dealing with lasers and your skin, you certainly want someone that you can trust.

All the staff are incredible and friendly always making you comfortable and building relationships. It's more than laser they offer great advice, skin treatments and amazing products, you will always leave feeling elated. I started my treatments months ago and my skin is beautiful, even my acne has reduced just from the products they offer. I highly recommend this specific clinic for all they offer, laser is the best thing I have ever done. What hair? I'm smooth.

The ladies at laser logic are incredible! They took 20+ minutes to discuss my skin history and provide quality, comprehensive recommendations. I was blown away by the knowledge that both Lisa and Dani had about skincare and the appropriate products for my skin. I learnt more about my skin before the treatment than I have EVER. I received a hydro facial and was impressed by the care and time taken into this service. There was no corner cutting! Would recommend x1000, especially as I am not someone that usually takes the time for skin treatments. Also helps when the clinicians are all around beautiful and friendly people. You will not regret coming here.

Incredible service and facilities at Laser Logic Clinic! I had a hydrafacial treatment that felt more like a spa experience if anything. The knowledge and guidance of Lisa and Dani were paramount to my experience and they far exceeded my expectations and needs. A warm, welcoming, stress free and personalised environment that I would recommend to everyone, and one that I'll be visiting again!

Do not go here if you have darker skin tone. They don't have the right machine but will use it on you anyway. I walked out with a badly burnt arm after a free patch test. Since then a couple of others have informed me that I'm not suitable for the type of machine they used on me. Once you show up they will try on you anyway because they see $$$ signs.

Very clearly they knew what they did wrong but continued to feign ignorance about how they followed good practice but not sure why I got burnt.

Was so excited to find a local laser place that was hygienic and careful with their procedures but was highly disappointed with their cancellation procedures. I rang saying something came up and was told that I had to pay 160$ which is the full amount of my treatment. I can't think of one person who would pay that money to get nothing. I understand that I couldn't make it but I made all arrangements to make another appointment, apologies etc. I also have many other friends who attend laser logic, they said they have cancelled last minute and never had to pay anything. It would seem very much unfair and I would encourage Laser Logic to look into their cancellation policy and understand that issues do arise. I also urge other customers to never buy prepaid treatments from them. I'm sure that if I had a prepaid plan, 160$ would be deducted from my sessions.

The workers are super helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure you receive the service you need. The workers are all knowledgeable and are able to guide you to achieve your end goal in skin, hair removal or whatever you want. I love my result and i'm so happy to have the support of laser logic.

Lisa and her team are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough. If your not using the Jane Iredale make up range, you seriously need to talk to Lisa about the product range. It has changed my skin. Amazing! Dr Vella who visits the clinic once a month is fantastic! I trust no one else with my injectables.

The Management and Staff @ Laser Logic Clinic are knowledgeable and professional in all aspects regarding Skin Laser Treatment. They discuss all aspects of your personal laser treatment with you and will advise the applicable time lines so as to achieve your expected results/outcomes. The premise are clean, neat and tidy, and are a reflection of the professional attitude taken by Management and Staff of your Laser Skin & Hair Treatments. And they use the up to date Alexandrite Laser Technology available.
