26Terrible communication and terrible product. I purchased wifi downlight and have been flickering. I’ve been advised I’d need to also buy a transformer if I want them to work correctly - something not advertised when purchasing and if it was, I would have purchased a product which didn’t require this. I followed the process of asking for a refund and have not any any communication after a week of waiting. Purchasing a low quality item is annoying but poor communication is inexcusable.
Ordered a bunch of Smart bulbs. After initially not getting a response to my emails, I did get a quick resolution and friendly interaction. I am now very happy with the service provided.
I had Mike at Laser's technical help section assist me over the phone to help me set up my Laser Multi-Media Centre (A MMC-B18) His help was fantastic, a good product and very happy. A pleasure to buy from this company!
Had an issue with a smart doorbell not connecting to my Wi-Fi and not charging. The support team was excellent, communication was prompt and they even helped lodge my complaint on line as my web browser was having issues. Product was returned and I got the replacement back within a week. Working perfectly now. I will be adding more of this companies products into my home.

I was unable to connect my new LED smart bulbs to the Amazon Alexa app. When I contacted support they persevered until the problem was solved. Their communication and response times were great.and the lights work well too! Highly recommended.
After my experience with Laser support i would not hesitate to give a 5 star rating of my dealings with this company. I contacted their Support & warranty section & their response was first class. I have been purchasing items from Laser now for some 5 years, I have always found their items to be of first class, and their customer support to be outstanding, I would recommend, Laser to anybody that needs electronics.
Hi, finding my product the Laser Air Mouse for MMC-B18 was a real breeze. And placing the order was really very simple. What was extremely disappointing was receiving the MMC-B18 remote by their courier. It took 8 days! For my small remote to come from warehouse in NSW to my home in Victoria. Their Courier - Startrack are absolutely unreliable. So be prepared to wait for your delivery. I wish Laser would consider using a better courier for the eParcel deliveries.
The purchasing process is fine. Products are basic. Not brilliant, but built to their budget price. The 30w wifi speakers are good. The 10w are unstable and can't hold their wifi connection. I assume they're from a different factory, with different software.

The friendly service department at Laser replaced my faulty remote way after I bought the soundbar with no questions. Terrific warranty service and that's what we all wonder about when buying products.
Sudden issues with Navig8r Dash Cams required considerable trouble shooting. After several days we finally worked through the issue and resolved it, hopefully. The support from Laser Corporation was critical throughout the entire process. Thanks team Laser Co.
Paid for a remote that was supposed to be in stock 10 days ago and the order is still processing when payment was taken from credit card that day this isnt good customer service.
Dodgy company with 0 customer service. They take your money and don't answer you. Avoid at all costs
Is simple and easy shopping experience. The only thing I think would improve the service would be for Laser to expand the payment method and include other payment services such as Paypal. Not everyone has a credit card that they can freely use to buy any products from any site.
Remote received didn't work, rang Jason at laser Corp spares and new one received great service
I purchased a Laser Smart Media Player (MMC-B18) from JB HiFi. I am very happy with it and decided I needed an air mouse to go with it to enhance the user experience. Shopping online with Laser was a breeze although the shipping cost was a bit of a shock.
The kindness and patience I received from Laser 's customer service was outstanding. Jason was most generous, and helpful. He called again later with further advice that solved everything for me.
