Laser Clinics Australia - Sydney Westfield

I -want- to give a higher rate because the girls were so nice but sadly I can't because of the experience.

My treatment program was attended by 4 different operators over several months (prepaid), all of whom had different advice on pre- and after care.

There was a whole two-months block where they weren't picking up calls AND their website was not accepting bookings, so I couldn't schedule appointments at all.

I then contacted LCA head office who refused to help saying that each store is a franchisee.

Please, please consider trying another clinic or franchise. I can't recommend.

Had laser hair removal treatments for the total of about 8 times over the last year. (Half leg, under arm & Brazilian) I am pretty happy with the results but one of the staff members who did a couple of treatments for me was unfriendly and dismissive when I reacted as it was painful. (Some areas can be painful and my hormones may have affected how I felt.) On the other hand, Emma is great! She is patient, friendly and checks with me every now and then if it’s too painful. (Still, I would try to put it up with the pain if it’s not too much, for better results!)

After doing bikini laser for years, I haven't had any quicker than this! They didn't really do it properly and i had missed areas.
Also i asked for chin consultation and she didn't bother looking at it.

They are very unfriendly I don't want to go there. I don't want them to be kind, but I don't want them to be rude.

Alison is amazing! I go to her for BBL forever young. The packages are affordable and I have luminous skin from the BBL laser. She is friendly, professional and excellent at her job. AAA+

I chooses laser clinics for micro bleeding, chemical peel and aqua facial and paid the fee because I wanted to get these things done before my wedding. Laser clinics cancelled 2 of my appointments. I was able to reschedule one of them but for the last one I came to their clinic (weren’t picking my call) and informed them in person that I’ll have a flight the very next day so please don’t cancel my scheduled appointment. However, before 2 days of my appointment they still cancelled it. Now my treatment is incomplete and totally not worth it. Didn’t get refund as they said I can get it done anytime after I am back till Dec 23 but that’s not what I wanted. I will never choose LC again and won’t recommend to anyone as well.

New staff (they didn’t need to point out as it was obvious), bad customer service. Actual treatment was fine and professional but payment was not as discussed over the phone during sale and no record of who I spoke to - why would I choose to pay full price when booking during a sale and requesting so? So won’t be going back to this branch as customer service to repeat customers isn’t valued. Previous staff were friendly, flexible and happy to help. Avoid.

I had an amazing experience with the wonderful therapist Serra for two various treatments. She was kind, fast professional and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and giving me the right advice.
Im not new to beauty treatments and I do admire when I see caring and competent people doing great work.

Been receiving treatments at this clinic to help with my acne for the past year. My therapist Serra has been with me throughout my journey from the start. My skin was acne ridden with post acne hyperpigmentation for many years and aggravated by mask wearing.
And after several BBL therapy, my skin is now 99% acne free and with the added benefit of fading hyperpigmentation and smoothing out of the rough texture. Results are very noticeable from week 1 onwards. Very, very happy with the results and now receiving skin needling treatment with Serra to help with the acne scarring.
It has been a decade long worth of suffering with acne for me to finally finding a solution makes me a very happy customer! I’m very impressed with the results as it has been a proven worthy investment of time and money to improving my skin. I’m always looking forward to my appointments with Serra! Thank you very much!

I've had 3 skin needling sessions at LCA westfield so far.

First of all, skin needling is hands down the best bang for the buck treatment for skin concerns (anti-aging is another story). After every session, within a week of recovery I can see my skin pigmentation visibly reduced, texture smoothed, and people start to tell me that I have no pores. Ofc the treatment itself looks scary, but definitely worth it.

My three sessions were all fantastic. I didn't have to wait long to get my sessions (maybe 5 min?). In my first session the lady was so patient walking me through all the sciences and after cares of the treatment. In my second session the lady was so thorough with my face and because I applied numbing cream, she really went for it and max'ed out the treatment for me and I had surperb outcome. My third session the manager did my face and like always she was thorough, careful and professional. They were all so easy to communicate with and the sessions were always fun and effective.

So far I have done 6 sessions and I'm quite happy with the results and their service. Very good with clients and did all my session patiently. I did not face any difficulties to book an appointment or to change it. Day by day I felt that the things are getting better which deserves a 5 star.

Do NOT go here if you don't want to be judged. Booked some laser hair removals here and every time I went it was worse than the last. On one of my visits, I sat down after giving the front desk my name, and when I looked up a few minutes later there were three of the girls at the desk staring at me. They looked away and started whispering as soon as I made eye contact. I still have no idea why. During the appointments, the lady doing the laser removal would make no attempt to make me feel less uncomfortable. Didn't try to make conversation, was blunt, and just generally impolite. The entire experience was embarrassing and made me SO uncomfortable. Absolutely regret buying the hair removals in bulk. I had to go there and feel awful about myself over and over again because they wouldn't let me have a refund. You also can't change to a different laser clinic after purchase. Great! Learn from me, just don't go here.

Ashley was so helpful and gentle. Gave me a lot of tips about aftercare. All of their staffs are super friendly.
